Raising Cane's is known for their delicious chicken, sauce and fresh fries. I have been there several times andgenerally enjoy the food there. The staff is friendly and willing to take your order whenever you are ready.There have been a few times where the fries may have been over cooked or not as fresh; there have been other times where I didn't have any issues.Sometimes due do either staffing issues or just am influx of people, there may be long wait times up to 15 mins or more in the drive through.I have not had these kind of experiences eating inside their restaurant.Overall this is a good restaurant, the staff works hards and they serve delicious fast food there.
True the food is mostly hot and fresh, but the taste is seemingly different. Don't know if it's the grease or what.Update: My family last 2 visits, the tenders seem half done and tough ?
The service was terrible and super slow, the food chicken fingers were old and greasy as if had been sitting out and was placed back into greasy to reheat. The order was wrong and the kids were horseplaying in the work place unmasked handling customer food. It was just terrible service from start to finish. Management was in front of me but said or did nothing. They were indifferent about serving the customer.
Great chicken and sauce. The fries are hit or miss. Dont forget to sub the coleslaw for an extra canes sauce. Sweet tea is too good.

Quick friendly service and good food make this a weekly visit for my family. The kids especially love it.
This place is nice. The food is very good. I would give this place a 5 star review, but I've had a recurring problem with ordering drinks. Sometimes the drinks come out tasting watery, and even though I always order drinks without ice, I somehow end up with drinks that have ice. It happens every time. I would like this to be fixed. Other restaurants are great at handling drink orders, but Cane's isn't.
I ordered today through the drive through and got a sandwich, i asked for no lettuce because i dont like lettuce and it takes up too much of the canes sauce, when i got home i took a bite to find out that only 1/3 of my sandwich has any canes sauce on it , very disappointed. Who wants to eat a dry sandwich? Let alone pay for one

Flies or gnats everywhere. Food was good but I'm here an hour before closing and chose to dine in. I can tell they want me to leave so I'm gonna go but next time just say dining in is closed.
