Asked for simple sandwhich and soup with shake. They appeared annoyed and frustrated, taking it out on preparing the order. They didn’t add the included provolone or lettuce. They didn’t even have the correct listed recipe for the chicken salad. The shake ingredients had been in various areas just sitting out in the open completely thawed. Finding the staff wearing at least one glove was difficult. Terrible attitude, unclean, wont even make the order complete. Needless to say I didn’t want my head bit off so I just paid top dollar for the disgusting food and quietly left.
Nice place for lunch but very slow, probably because they are under-staffed. I placed an order for pickup and had to wait for 45mins from the time of my pickup. Tried their veggie sandwich which is pretty good option for vegetarians.
We had food delivered to our office. We tried to tell the driver that 3 of the items we ordered were missing, but he spoke no English. I called the store to tell them that 3 items were missing, that we tried to tell the driver but he didn't speak English, and which items they were. I was asked by the employee "Do you want a refund or do you want to come up here and get them?" Baffled, I said, "UMMM, we had the food delivered so that we didn't have to come up there. That is why people order food". Her response was, "ok, so what items can I refund?" I will not be ordering from this location again. That is a low level of service. They should have brought the items that we paid for to us.
I ordered a Bowl of Mac with bacon from this potbelly through Uber Eats and they gave me a half filled bowl with no bacon. They also did not put bacon on my smoked ham. They leave out the bacon on the Mac and cheese all the time.
I had the wreck which is meaty goodness. Looks like theybare short staffed. It took a while to get through the line and be ready to know what you want on the top.
This Potbelly store cancelled my catering order last min and then wasn't able to answer the phone so i had to scramble to feed an office full of people. Potbelly's website is horrible at no fault to this location but I had previous problems with delivery's, receipts, system being down. My office will no longer be ordering from this location. I took my business to Jason's Deli and they were able to handle my large catering order in a professional timely manner. Oh and they answered the phone!! What a concept!
Pathetic !!!! Very bad store. Don’t believe any of their promotions. They have a promotion that says buy one sandwich and get another free.But when I placed an order I never got another sandwich free. Also, when asked to store manager he said I have not made the app so I cannot help you.For sure, potbelly staff needs to take lessons on customer service.Never coming back !!!
If you advertise on your menu that the veggie sandwich COMES WITH “fresh sliced avocado,” I shouldn’t have to ask for it extra. I didn’t realize till I received my order that the sandwich was ONLY mushrooms & cheese & my veggie choices. But no avocado ?. Long wait but that’s to be expected these days.

They make cold and hot sandwiches to order. Friendly staff develope your sandwich in an assembly-line process. They use quality ingredients, so if you don't like the end result, you only have yourself to blame! All this quality does cost, so do no expect a cheap sandwich.
