So glad to be living in a city that has a Potbellys again! One of my favorite sandwich shops and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies will always hit the spot! Love this place and the Italian sandwich, glad to be less than 10mins away from one. I will be here often!
My wife's sandwich did not indicate that it had jalapenos, we ordered the same sandwich except mine was the skinny and hers was the original size but her sandwich had 2 full handfuls of jalapenos, it rendered the sandwich inedible.
They make a good sandwich but their service sucks. I routinely order through the App and go pick up my order, it is rarely ever ready at the time the App says it will be ready. This last time I arrived 5 mins later than the App said my order would be ready - two people walked in after me and got their sandwiches before me and I placed my order 15 mins prior. They are always disorganized and mismanaged at this location. I used to eat here 1-2 times a week - I will never go back.
The Wreak - my absolute favorite sandwich and they made it so perfect, dripping with flavor!!!
With the plexiglass barriers, loud music, and high ceilings, I understand not being able to hear a customer well. However, when the mistake is made, challenging one of my party is not a good response. Staff did correct the mistake, though. We visit occasionally and like the store, but it is noisy.
Good food. Fair price. Not the greatest ever, but a good sandwich.
This place has gotten my order wrong on 2 occasions. Both involving the toppings. The first time I ate in store so it wasn't a big deal, but the second it was take-out so I didn't realize until later and by then it was too late. The sandwiches are otherwise great. Just wish my sandwich tasted how I ordered it.
Daisy took our order during a recent visit. She was THE NICEST, most courteous Potbelly employee at any location that I’ve ever encountered. Superb service.
Fabulous sandwich, Potbelly has plenty of options. My favorite was the way they toast the bread.. The Mama Meatball is probably one of the best options on the menu. They have shakes and fresh baked cookies as well. Definitely would come back
I know they may be known for their sandwiches desserts and shakes but I love the chicken nut cranberry fruit salad I get it at least once a week when possible
