I absolutely love the staff!! Always so friendly and look like they love what they do! I drive all the way from grand prairie to receive this awesome service! The store is so clean and the drive through is quick. The staff always have a smile and work well as a team. They are great example of how all popeyes should be. Love the customer service I received today. Thank you to all the employees at this popeyes for making family time just that much better ❤️ It was worth the 25 min drive.
Horrible service if you don’t have what I order just let me know, how stupid can you be just say we don’t have it so I can go somewhere else…

Popeyes Chicken review 03/19/2022This is for the new store in Irving boulevard and Loop 12 Walton Walker boulevard.First this location is nice and new. The drive-thru is easily accessible it's right there on the corner so we should get a lot of business and a lot of traffic. My review is I had an issue with the coleslaw and without an argument without much of issue the team took care of it and went far beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Customer loyalty is a big thing and they just got my loyalty to this location today. All the food I ordered today taste excellent I would definitely recommend anyone to stop here for Popeyes Chicken
This location is new to area, respectful customer service, smiling faces and see to the customer's request with a smile. The food, hot, not over or undercooked with that Popeyes flavor that you expect. I will most definitely be returning!!!
this NEW location was very disappointing - the wings were terrible - super hard and grease tasting. I got excited for this location - now I'm just let down....shoulda went to waffle house instead...ugh
