Hot chicken and COLD FRIES ! Why pull up to wait on order if everything isn’t made freshly prepared Popeyes Wednesday afternoon shift ??!! SmhUpdated : 5.27.2022. Tried it again at work online pick up order. Such a shame the guy in window who delivered my food to me was the manager Here at 12pm!! Fries cold . Hard biscuits..chicken was edible. Just okay. I asked was honey in bag as stated in my notesm.he said. YES. however he didn't check. There wasn't honey in my bag anyway.. asked 2 for 2 piece white spicy..instead got a cold mild wing without even informing or asking me ..they need to get it together at this location and quit being lazy !!!

This Popeyes location is in a convenient place. It it near other fast food places but is a good place on it's own.Sometimes there is a wait due to labor shortages but this restaurant is solid and the workers work hard.There are some seasonal items on the menu which changes every few months. There biscuits and red beans and rice are the best around for a fast food restaurant and may be better than some restaurants.It's a good Popeyes and if one is ever in a mood for red beans and rice, biscuits, fried chicken or other southern cuisine, Popeyes is the restaurant of choice.

The people they have working here at this location are very rude and disrespectful. I proceeded to enter the lobby area and female employee whom was eating at the table, yells out to me Aye Aye, it’s closed! The hours of operation were still within business hours.I did not have a problem with the lobby being closed. It was the tone and what she said. The proper way to speak to someone you don’t know is either Ma’am or Sir. If you don’t know or have proper manners on how to address a individual, you should not work in a customer service role.

Don’t do mobile or online order. Lobby is closed even though it doesn’t indicate it is. You still have to wait in the drive through and let them know you ordered online. Then they will prepare it. All the Popeyes we been going to lately has just horrible service and people working there. Popeyes is probably one of my favorites places to get chicken. But not anymore. I wish Miles chicken had a drive through and more location. At least you can still walk into it.

Update. I revisited today, Thursday 3/24/2022. Wonderful, much better, hot, delicious,we enjoyed it. Thanks for everything. The manager she was excellent. I appreciate her, and her crew. God Almighty continue to Richly Bless you all in the name of Jesus Christ Amen. ?. Usually all goes well with my orders. But not this afternoon after 2:00p. I spent almost$30.00. I really had a taste for Popeyes meal. Big let down. The Red beans, which are my favorite, they smelled, and taste spoiled, nasty. The Chicken was cold, and the skin was falling off. I'm not happy about that. The mashed potatoes and biscuits were cold, but taste okay. I called 5 times, no answer, the phone just hung up

Why is it that this locations quality of food is always less than that of other locations? The chicken isn't even crunchy like other locations. Red beans and rice just nasty! WTH is going on at this particular location! Horrible quality never going back. I can get better chicken at Kroger! GOOD RIDDENS!!!!

Every time I come here for my dinner break there is ALWAYS an issue. The service is so poor and unorganized. Knowing that it is always a hassle to order at the restaurant, recently myself and a coworker placed two orders online. Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins, got to the window and they were absolutely confused about our order. They told us that we needed to wait in a parking lot for them to make it. 20 more minutes go by and we see plenty of cars in the drive thru leave with their food. I walked up to the door and they tried to ignore me and pointed to the drive thru. I refused to stop knocking until they answered. When an employee came to the door they had no idea that I was waiting for my food and asked me for the 3rd time what order I was talking about. The food was still not made. I've Never gone to this location with out a problem.

Was in the mood for chicken after hanging out at the park wanted to dine in at 4:45 pm 2/25 doors were locked with one customer eating inside. There were no sign saying dining room closed but signs about wearing masks were displayed on all doors. How the hell are restaurants making profits if one side is open. Since COVID been in our midst you restaurant employees have used that as an excuse NOT to work. It's pitiful if you don't want to work choose another profession other than that QUIT BEING LAZY

Carlos the store manager should really find a different career field because customer service is clearly not the correct field for you specially not a manager position there is no way you guys have been short staff for over two months and close your lobby but are telling your delivery orders to wait after you take new orders that isn’t our fault so why am I be inconvenience for it but I see why your employees are the way they are because there leader is definitely not customer service friendly I wish the best for this place but I see this business closing based on there customer experience

Food cold. Everything looked and tasted old. Chicken drumstick literally the size of a Buffalo wing if not smaller. Popeyes is going down hill.
