I really do like this restaurant, but the only reason I gave it four stars is the service. They are always so packed, and they don't keep up with the chicken. I had to wait 20 mins for an online order because they ran out of chicken. It's almost always like that. Last time my hubby went to go pick up the online order, it was the same thing, but with very rude service! I got a nice older Hispanic woman last time, and I don't mind waiting when they're being nice to me. The chicken was nice and hot, and quite tasty though!
Went last night and waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. When I got to place an order, the app wouldn't give me the code for the discount I was wanting to use. after 10 minutes I pulled up to the window and all they would say is without the code they I have to pay full price, even after showing them my phone with the app not working. I asked for the manager and someone else came up and obviously getting instructions told me she could n't anything. Finally after almost an hour in the line she told me I could write a bad review but I had to pay full price or just move out of line. I called the 800 number when I got home and the CS person apologized and after confirming my e-mail, told me I would be receiving couples which have yet to show up. I will never use Popeye's again, even though it is my favorite fast food chicken.As a follow up,called again about the coupons, just to get on record that their attempt to apologize with coupons just made matters worse since I never got them, told them not to bother. The woman said she could have the district manager call me and I agreed, but i have not gotten a phone call or an e-mail. This used to be a good company but apparently customer service is not part of their prioritiesLost customer for life(and poor word of mouth,also)
Cashier was nice but the food was not very good. Although it was warm, it tasted old. Fries were not packed right so we had to eat them straight out of the bag. They never include forks nor straws with our order.
The chicken was fresh and the service was good. It is very sad how businesses cannot find enough people to work so they cannot open their dining rooms. I would recommend this place. It was very good.
Make up your mind, is the carry out option available or not? If not, please take it off the sign so that way people don’t keep walking up to the door.
I’m extremely glad that you had a amazing team on schedule today…. From the customer service to my hot and fresh food … everything was awesome! The guy at the window was very courteous, respectful and friendly… he bought my food out to me…and it was hot and fresh! Whoever was working today.. keep them on the team! Great job everyone
I just waited in a drive through life almost 30 minutes to eat some if the worst Popeyes I've ever eaten. The chicken was cold and bland tasting, the fries we soft and nasty like the re-dropped them in grease and they didn't have any ice. If I could give them a -10 I would.
Order online and the lobby is closed. So what’s the point of doing this if I have to wait in line? The place moves about as fast as Father Time, so it took over 40 minutes just to pick up food. Stay away unless you love to wait in line for fast food.Ownership if you read these which I doubt you do come up with a better system to the people who order online because this is a joke.
I don’t know what this is!? It looks like a deep fried rodent. I got Popeyes delivered to my house via Uber from this location! When I opened my box this is what I found. Uber issued me a full refund but I’m still disgusted by this. I will be taking other routes to settle this. I can honestly say I’m done with fast food after this!!!
I ordered online to make it faster and when I got there the lobby was closed. What's the point of ordering online for a pickup when you still have to wait in the Drive-Thru line to get your food. I waited almost 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru. I placed my order at 7:31 and by the time I got to the pickup window it was 8:00. They could put a sign on the door stating the lobby is only open for pickuporders instead of closing it completely. By the time I got to eat my food it wasn't even hot barely warm.
