I tried their cheesecake pop with berry sauce on top and it was truly amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
Had the mango pop and it was so yummy. The flavor was very fresh. It was frozen super hard so it stood up the evening heat really well. The man who took my order was friendly and the store appeared clean. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that it was pretty expensive for a popsicle. Despite that I would probably visit again an maybe try a more daring flavor.
This place is pretty cool. I honestly think it's a little over priced, and you can find your local paleteria and go there. BUT, if you're tryna be boujee, then get you pop, dipped in chocolate and eat one from here ?
I tried to go get a popsicle today (July 3, 2022) around 4pm and walked in to find no employee in the store. My husband and I waited for a few minutes to see if maybe they were in the restroom or preoccupied. After a few minutes my husband said "hello?" Loudly towards the back of the store. There was still no answer. Then another customer walked in. Another minute passed by and my husband decided to check the back of the store to make sure nothing seemed off and to make sure no employee was possibly harmed. Still, no one answered or appeared. Another minute passed by and an employee finally came in with a coke bottle in hand and quickly accused my husband of doing something wrong by checking the back of the store. His words exactly were, "you aren't supposed to go back there, I could get fired" even though he left the store unattended and the door unlocked for a matter of more than five minutes. I responded that he should be more worried about that and he gave us a rude sigh and look and then tended to the other customer. My husband and I were so taken aback by his accusation that it was us who did something wrong made us not want to spend our money here. This employee had no regard for the safety of the store or the contents within and was solely worried about the safety of his own job. I wouldn't want him to be one of my employees
My all time favorite especially for summer. Must Try are chocolate and Vanilla. They also have alcohol infused flavours.
The pops were delicious,but the service was so slow. Literally I finished my pop while the sales person made one coffee. People were leaving because they were not getting taken care of how slow the service was.It could’ve been because it was during a weekday closer to their closing.
We arrived a 9:45 on 4.14.2022 and were immediately told they were closed. They were serving other customers and the worker attempted to refuse service. They were rude and unprofessional. I informed them that they were NOT closed and we were then told all they had were popsicles and we would not be served toppings. We had 4 children with us and one wanted sprinkles. The worker said the sprinkles were ‘closed up’ which was a lie. The container was opened right in front of us. This was a horrible experience on a beautiful spring night made for popsicles. Pop Factory- please train your team on customer service and professionalism. My family has visited this site many times before but this visit is the one we remember the most. You made us feel unwelcome and the children were disappointed.
Wow! What an experience! The flavors are so fresh and delicious! We tried a few and had so much fun. The raspberry dipped in dark chocolate is the perfect combination of sweet and tart! So fun and so delicious! I like that there is real fruit in the pops and that they are not overly sweet. Being able to customize each order made it personal and everyone was happy. Can't wait to come back and try more.
Everyone should try, I feel different taste but it’s nice
