This place is quick for fresh food and my person who took my order (Sylvia) was so friendly and had a great smile.
The food was good here very fresh also ordered a piniapple drink very refreshing will definitely eat here again great customer service
The chicken is soo good but that green sauce with it takes it to the next level. I live hours away but stop in every time I’m near.

The moment I drive up to drive thru the young lady makes me aware that they do not have chicken, 'Pollo Loco' is their name.. She immediately cuts me off & says Thank you & goodbye, seems I had annoyed her. I changed my order to another meat choice, she says fine that will be #14.67. I hadn't told her how many or how I would like it served.. Just rude. The price was too high for what later found out to be 5 tacos...Not enough to feed the crew I had at home.. The frustrating part of it all is why do customers have to endure such crass behavior for their career choice or whatever bad day they are having. I understand stress & frustration, I have been part of the fast food industry at several levels, customer service is about improving customers experience. This place has pretty good food so I may come again but not without giving other places a try 1st.
If youre ever near this neighborhood i highly recommend coming to this pollo regio. I love their tostada siberia and they have a really good customer service.
