Sitafal (sugar apple lassi) tasted extraordinary.Tried Haleem for the first time in my life, it a was worse. On top, there was a beat in it. I just gave them back the haleem. Chicken Briyani was also very average. Would give 0 for ambiance and space.Just one Briyani was $18.99, not worth the money.
I ordered apollo fish for a to go only to find out that the fish was too oily, the onions and bell peppers are raw which are not even cut properly. The fish’s seasoning was so bad, only to feel the taste of oil. There is absolutely no quality. Such a poor cooking and taste from a reputed franchise like this.
To be completely honest, if the name of the restaurant had not been Pista house, it would have closed long ago.The biryani they make in the Dallas area for South Indian food is, in my opinion, the worst.I ordered a Vijayawada Special chicken biryani, but instead I received a boneless chicken biryani with a complete tray of chicken pieces.I requested that they check the order before bringing it to me after complaining that they had given me the same incorrect order the previous time. However, they repeated it again.The problem is that nobody seems to care about the reviews/feedback for the orders they are fulfilling.
Not satisfied with food, service is soo slow.Not Worthy.Vijayawada boneless biriyani is okay okay.Shrimp biriyani is also okay okay.

Worst chicken fried biryani. Evadaina Chiken biryani lo onions and curry leaves add chesthara…???!!!!! Pls don’t have biryani from this place. There might be new chef making waste biryani. Waste of money.
I have ordered Apollo fish appetizer (spice leve-very spicy) and I got marinated fish dipped in ghee sauce. Well The worst Apollo fish I had in my life
I hate this place, came to this place more than 3 times but things never changed.I have ordered 4 appetizers at 9:06 pm and waited for 30 minutes and asked at front desk and she said it's getting ready,second time to the front desk after 55 minutes she checked and said that she didn't printed my order(but when she gave me a token, the token is written as reprinted). She lied to us.Again she said "we are working on your order".3rd time 10:55 pm to the front desk she said "our chef just received your order" is it a right way to treat a customer? I'm seeing those two girls since an year with the same attitude(very rude and irresponsible). and one more thing I tried to place an order on phone, she answered the call and while I'm placing the order she's playing game in her phone asked me to repeat the order for couple of times. Finally They will never clear the trash.
The experience at Pista House was not good. We ordered Kadhai paneer, chicken tikka masala, Hakeem and few garlic naans. Kadhai paneer was no way close to actual kadhai paneer, it was just full of onions and few pieces of paneer. Chicken tikka masala was not upto the mark. Few pieces of chicken which you can count of fingers. Taste was below okay. Haleem was the worst part of the order. See attached photo, too oily, taste was not good at all. It was bad that we couldn’t eat. I would not recommend this place. You can try some other Indian restaurants in Irving area.
Worst motton dum biryani ever.Don’t dare to order food from Uber after 11pm.Idk why de duck I’m paying for service charge.Very poor quality for the price.Big-up ppl on front and serving food.Can’t expect to be 100% after 12 [email protected]: Dare you to work on Friday and Saturday’s night with your team.
