Visited 5/28/22 made my own pizzaCauliflower crust extra $3.00 w/pepperoni and spinach. First time eating there and it was Delicious! We were the only people in there even better. Pizzas are sizes personal(medium size 6 slices,) or large.They have vegan & keto options. Customer service was good, no issues.
What a joy to visit today, staff was awesome and the food was great. I mentioned that it was our first time , which it was and they gave us a cookie. Had a Panzano style pizza and it was 10 out of 10 and do it again.
Sophie and Eric were the only two working and they were knocking out pizzas left and right. They worked so hard and still found time to chat with our group and give us a great experience. The atmosphere was fun and the pizzas were phenomenal. Definitely want to come back to this place again.
Me and quite a few people came in, and had a rather large order. There were only two people, Eric and Sophie, and their service was FANTASTIC. Sophie especially was charasmatic, funny, and welcoming. They had speedy service and the pizzas (one veggie, one meat lovers, one cheese, and two cheesy breads) were phenomenal. Would come again, no hesitation!
Vegan cheese and impossible meat option!!! I had a personal pizza with the impossible meat, vegan cheese, black olives, red onions and artichokes. Y’all!!!! It was SOOOO GOOD!The young lady who made our order was very nice.I gave a 4 rather than a 5 because the employees kinda disappeared and I wanted to ask what kind of vegan cheese it was but like a good 15 min or so no one was around, that’s weird.Anyway for sure I will be back because it is super hard to find a great vegan pizza and mine was awesome!
I ordered from door dash and my order was messed up. I called in and the shift supervisor Chase handled my issue perfectly! My problem was resolved and I am happy with their polite and professional manner.
For the 2nd straight time in 2 weeks I have ordered online to arrive at the restaurant to be advised they were out of stuffed crust. The app shouldn’t even allow you to check the box for stuffed crust let alone have customers drive all the way up to the store burning gas that’s extremely expensive right now to find out that the order they placed 20 min ago wasn’t even ready and even better…you will not get what you ordered and paid for to boot. Having teenagers claim they are the manager on duty is even more of a let down as this means all the competent managers work the sweet day shift to leave kids running a busy store in the evenings. They didn’t even know how to give a refund. I will not be returning to Pie Five. I will be calling other stores in the metroplex to see if they are stocked with this crust and if so, that tells me leadership at this store has failed to put in orders to service their customers. Corporate will also hear from me on this. As a franchisee, there are standards that need to be upheld.
Whomever runs this location needs to do a better job managing the store. I was here on 3/14 at 8:10pm ordered a personal size pizza, then it took 1 hour and 10 min for my order to come out. There were at least 10+ customers also waiting for their orders, and there were only three people working without knowing what the heck they were doing. Whole process was out of order. My food came out all cold with wrong ingredients.
This was my first time back to this location in several months. The staff was completely new and didn't appear to be well trained. The prep table were they make the pizzas and the table they placed the cooked pizza on were filthy. Looked like they hadn't been wiped clean all day. The large pan pizza I ordered was under-cooked. Most likely because the person working reached into the oven and pulled it out before it had completed cooking, rather than waiting for it to exit the oven. I will not be going back to this Pie Five anytime soon, if ever.
Let me just say that this pizza place is one of the best go to spots in the area. Hear me out. When they say it's unlimited toppings they do honor that. I was told that I broke the local record of toppings and it was money well spent. The manager there congratulated me for breaking the record and staff were very friendly as well. I did feel very bad for the guy making my order and I tipped him because I wanted to compensate him for the troubles. They are very gluten free and they have a variety of cheeses such as ricotta, cheddar, vegan cheese. They do have impossible meatballs which is a plus as gluten free eater and they do in fact have a lot of vegetables. They have ranch on hand if you request it. I bit into my pizza and wow it was stretchy and gooey and mouthwatering goodness that after took into that first bite I thought I died and went to heaven but I didn't want to go heaven yet because I wanted to finish eating my pizza. Let me just finish saying that after I was done ordering my pizza it was a leaning tower of pizza. I'm definitely coming back again. Hope everyone has a great day/evening.
