Ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel. Had it delivered. And guess what??? They got it WRONG!. The only thing they had to do was pick out the correct bagel from a labeled bin and slice it; Not toast it, smear it. Just cut and put in a bag and have the delivery guy drop it off. I called the mistake with order line and they didn't answer the phone yet called the order line and someone picked up. No apologies only offer was a refund, in 7-10 days!!!! Really!!! I think the least anyone could do when tasked with a job of getting someone's order ready is to get it right. I have yet to meet anyone who loves to have their order messed up. I think meal prep workers have a very important job of getting the order correct! Yet it seems they are not very concerned with their main task. thanks for ruining my morning!!
Filthy. The store was not busy tonight, but all the tables were dirty. Had to clean a table myself. 5 staff stood at the window where you get your food, talking with each other and looking at their phones. I asked for salt and one told me to get it myself. Sweepers had fallen on the floor and blocked the way from the soda area. $18 for a full sandwich, bowl of chicken noodle soup and a tea. I could have eaten at a higher end restaurant; I won’t be back.
Waited 3 minutes at the to go counter before I went looking for someone to take my order. When I found the guy he told me to go back over to the counter and he'd come take my order. Ok. I did. But he came over and started a cappuccino, then someone asked him for ice which he promptly went and got, then wandered back to the other side to I think/hope. Then he came back over to tell another worker to start bagging a large to go order. In the meantime 2 other people showed up. We waited for a few more minutes while he seemed to be the only one capable of taking an order. There were about 4 other people just standing around d or wandering back and forth following him. He needs help!!!
I ordered a large order for a company meeting and quite a few items were missing or wrong. I called the store to get some help and the manager, Zack, was incredibly kind and helpful! He is issuing us a refund for all the items that were missing or wrong and sending us some coupons to make up for the mistake. Thank you for the swift action and fantastic customer service!
My order was totally wrong as in missing a whole sandwich and upon calling, they acted like it was no big deal. The sandwich that I did receive was horrific! I don't think there was a teaspoon of meat in the DRIEST, most unappetizing sandwich I've ever had. My cup of broccoli cheddar soup was disgusting on the outside, soup was EVERYWHERE, when I went to get it out of the bag, my hand was COVERED in soup, they didn't even have the decency to wipe the container before putting it the bag. A most disappointing dinner - $30.00 wasted
I rarely take the time out to write a review but this time....absolutely warranted. Let me start off by saying I understand being short staffed but 45 minutes to make a macaroni and cheese sandwich when there were no other customers seems a bit odd. I receive my sandwich only to find FIVE macaroni noodles. Eight bucks. Five, flavorless, cheese less noodles! No exaggeration!
Went in today with my friend for the first time at this location and this young lady Ruth was very patient with me and talked me through the menu. Great customer service! Definitely will come back.
Ordered a salad… and they gave me about enough dressing to dip a leaf of lettuce in. Not even the right king of dressing…
Panera is loved by people because of its fresh bakery items and friendly customer service. They keep enhancing menu items in store so i find something new everytime for example this time i saw flat breads add and they were yummy!! Panera can feed you well as quantity is great. You can sit and chill and leave as you want.. many people meet there and sit there for hours which the staff really like..
No curbside. I walked in and was handed a cup and told coffees here condiments there ...pretty much made my own.
