I have been sitting in driver thru for 8 minutes. So I called the store and asked hat was the hold up and was told that they had to make a special order and it would be done in 2 minutes. It took 4 more minutes. This is unacceptable!!! Why can't you have the car move to the front entrance and take the order out to them!! I waited 14 minutes because of a special order. Move the car the next time. Would give a zero if I could.
For some reason I love Panda Express food more than the authentic Chinese food. As a sweet tooth, perhaps only Shanghai fare fits my taste, the sweet and greasy Hong Shao Rou. So, when In the US and had a craving for meat plus rice, I’ll go to Panda Express. My favorites are Beijing Beef and Wok-fired shrimp. The fried rice had no taste and the noodles lumpy, better stick to the plain steam rice. This location is good, but not enough space for parking. When I came for dinner only 2 or 3 tables were occupied. Most came for pick up or drive through.
I just had to wait like 8-10 mins on food and usually I’d be a little annoyed but the staff was so pleasant. Luke assured I didn’t feel like I was just waiting and the cashier was so nice. This is every reason even if I’m not near home I’ll wait to eat at this specific one if Panda Express is in mind.Thanks again Luke - your customer service was amazing!HOWEVER: if Luke isn’t there I’m very convinced the staff is naturally trash this is my second time coming to “no orange chicken” and literally almost all empty pans.The staff acted as if they didn’t even want to approach me at first and the drive through isn’t packed either so I’m confused I left and will go elsewhere
This location is "pretty spoil"....they do whatever they like with the restaurant and customers... Is 8:45pm...and they have the dinning room close ...Not only me, but other people could not eat.... Employee point to people to go to the drive-tru...By the way....you could see they have plenty staff working...Congratulations to the managers.... that's how you run a store to lower the sales day by day....
Teriyaki chicken is real good if they give you Teriyaki sauce. This is not the first time but it is the last time I'll come to this location. Every order they mess something up
Worst experience I have ever had at panda. Slow service, cold and hard food. Asked for Sweet and Sour 3 times before finally got someone to actually get it for me. Food was inedible it was so bad. Threw away. Just wow. The noodles were black on some of the tips and rock solid. Beijing beef was warm on outside and cold in the center. 0/5
beijing beef was so dry it was cutting the roof of my mouth when i ate it. i ordered a double portion because the last time i had gotten it, it was very fresh. i ordered it on uber eats and they’re telling me i need to come into the store if i want things to be fixed. that was the last time i order from here. just give a refund? i can’t even eat my food.
Don't go here. I repeat, DON'T GO HERE! They are always out of teriyaki chicken and other popular items. I usually beat the lunch rush and dinner rush if and when I go and they are always lacking menu items. They might as well shut down this location because they only serve half the menu anyways. Worst Panda Express I've ever been to. The employees are nice.
Schedule says open at 1030. Didn't open til 11. Limited staff and food selection. While waiting for my food, I observed the manager giving direction. Unfortunately, the emloyees ignored her.There is always an issue when we go here.Personally, I will avoid this establishment and go to Rice Wok on Irving Blvd or travel to Pei Wei.
When I went thru the drive thru all my food was cold and old. I am not sure why but maybe they don't get much business on that day. Anyhow, I had to go in to wait for them to make all fresh food and it was very good.
