The young lady that was waiting on me was very rude and disrespectful. I was ordering two plates of food and the first plate she put a lot of broccoli and very little beef. I politely asked her can she put more meat because all I see is broccoli, she started arrogantly there is meat and it’s the right potion. She then began to fix my other order and she didn’t put enough shrimp on the plate. I then asked her how many shrimp come with the plate she stated arrogantly five. I’m a regular customer and I’ve never been treated this way before.She need to go through a class on customer service, and how to greet customers and how to politely answer a paying customer question.This is the first time this ever happened to me.Please help her so she can become better.I called to speak to a manager and she answered the phone and said a manager was not available until tomorrow. This was strange. I left the store without any food because I refuse to be treated this way when I’m a paying customer.Thanks This happened on the Irving location off of Airport service road and Story.
I really like the food here. It's constantly made fresh. I often see people taking temperatures of the food and checking to make sure it is hot. The price is good too.
One of my worst Panda Express experience ever. The employee was super rude and the food was messed up. First thing they said that it was a 10 minutes wait for kung pao chicken and when I said okay it was like they were mad that I was willing to wait. Had to wait 20 minutes for the food and when it finally came it was soggy and oily. Also the portion was the smallest one I ever seen in any Panda Express, not like I wanted to eat more of that greasy food but even then you want to get the portion that you paid for. Really disappointed because I really love Panda Express.
Ordered on Wednesday and I was disappointed. The food was cold and the rangoons were still raw. I love panda but I will not be returning to this location after receiving uncooked food.
Ordered delivery. It only took 6 minutes from the pick up to the drop off to me and everything was already cold. 3 different meals and nothing was fresh. Rice had no flavor what so ever! Beijing beef was all veggies and barely any meat at all and what was in there was small overcooked/overheated tiny pieces . Teeny tiny portions. They must have just given us whatever scraps were left over before they close for the night.
I normally don't leave reviews for chains. This is, in all honesty, one of the most chaotic fast food restaurants I have ever been to. At least 50% of the time, something isn't working properly, or they're out of something important. But here's the thing: I have never been inconvenienced, and I have never had a bad experience at this Panda Express. The service is incredible.
The employees are CONSTANTLY closing the dining room early it seems like every day. If you arrive an hour to an hour and a half before close they never have any entrees available especially the famous ones they’re known for.??♂️
Food service is always horrible here and food is always cold and bland. I came in for a to go order today and noticed they were almost out of all their usual items so I asked how long would it take for the new batch of certain item and she rudely replied “for me to cook it for you fresh would take over 15+ minutes.” And I asked if you’re out of all items why would it take so long and she did not have a response back besides uhh, now I could understand if they were short staffed but there was plenty of staff there. Worst location ever I will definitely never be coming back to this location
Love this one. Always fast friendly and on point. Very clean as well. Bring back Pepsi. ?
For the cost of the food, they seam to have reduced serving portions. Otherwise, it will be a five Star⭐
