The food was fresh but quality isn’t all that. The chicken in the fried rice is dry. As if it was added at the end. The spicy chicken bowl reminded me of Panda Express… I been craving this and it wasn’t as good as other locations. I will drive to Dallas next time.
The food was terrible!! Way overpriced for the lack of quality and flavor.The chicken was dry and tasted pre-cooked.I have tasted better stir fry from a frozen box. I will NOT be going back!
First time to use their ToGo locations. It was good food and large portions. I was able to eat on it for 3 meals.
Honestly, I really liked it! Our food was yummy, the containers were sturdy and reusable, and it was ready for pickup really fast (15ish minutes).I really wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me on the phone but he went out of his way to talk to his manager and help make my daughter’s birthday special. Thank you for providing the same level of caring customer service at this To-Go location as the actual sit-down dining locations. We really appreciate it!I would definitely recommend this to-go location especially in these COVID times! It turned out way better than I expected.
I placed an order for myself and my daughter and once I received it via delivery and all of the food was soggy and we just couldn't eat it. I was not aware that they use door dash as a third party delivery system and i am not a fan of door dash so had I been given this info I would have just picked up my order instead. I called to complain in a respectful way and was met with a very argumentative manager/chef named Jose. He let me know that he was the manager but also in the back cooking. He made every excuse in the world why I couldn't receive a refund for my food. He stated that he would call me back which he never did so I called him. He stated that he would refund my order even though it was door dash fault that my food wasn't god because according to him he cooked it properly. I stated no matter who cooked it I'm an unhappy customer so he should not be arguing with me. I never received the refund at all so I called back the following week and spoke with another manage named Dorothy and she was extremely sweet and understanding of my issue. She stated that I am not the only one who has complained about door dash and she understood my concerns. I received my refund immediately and she was a pleasure to speak with and the only reason I will continue being a customer at this location. Thank you Dorothy for your assistance and friendly nature.

Costumer service skills are horrible, they do not know how to talk to paying customers on the phone! Very rude, and belittling un welling to allow u to get a word in edgewise. Won’t allow u to order ur food to ur liking. Young lady on the phone has little To no respect. Will not b ordering again save ur money because they will disrespect u while u spend urs. I’m a armed officer I’m not allow to leave my post n this is the only thing that delivers n the area and they are definitely taking advantage of that fact. They need more professional people at this location or most importantly try retrain ur staff!!
The Mongolian beef bowl was so dry. The beef was over cooked and was tough to eat and had no flavor and the edamame had no salt at all. Very disappointed.
Chicken was dry, and the Glass noodles had no flavor .Had to ask them to remake my order...They didn't offer. The chicken just needed some major help.The noodles had no flavor either.
