I’ve been here 3 times. 2 out of 3 have been a racist experience. I’m Asian American and my friend is Mexican. Please do. It support this bar
I have driven by this place a thousand times and always wondered what this establishment was about…well this evening I wanted sushi and it was only 10 pm everything was closed. I stopped by and ordered my sushi to go and it was absolutely amazing!!!! My hats off to the chef and the staff was super friendly. I am officially hooked if you want some reallllll good sushi this is the place!
Overall not a bad place for pool/drinks or food. However, it is a bit pricey and when my group and I had questions about drinks our waitress seemed unmotivated. In her words, " Just brings the drinks but doesnt make them". She placed her own tip on my bill. So i suggest paying in cash as you go. Will not be returning by personal choice.
Decent bar with pool tables. Price could be better
The staff is nice and the karaoke is entertaining. I gave it 3 stars because I only had 3 lemon drops and got very sick. The liquor is very cheap so order everything top shelf. Also, it's VERY smokey in there. The smell of smoke will hit you in the face when you walk in. On a positive note, the wings make it so worth it!
I don’t usually do reviews but I’m more then impressed. Shawnna and Angel are AMAZING! The experience was heightened due to their wonderful hospitality. The drinks, the food, and the ambience exceed the anticipated experience! As visitors or even as a native resident, this is a must wind-down-after-work spot or just getting out. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! This is a place to stop for sure! I can’t say much more than bring yourself here and have a good time!
The night staff was so dam rude. Came in around midnight for a night cap. Waited at the bar for about 7 minutes before being greeted. Finally the young lady says ID please so I went to my car to get it and when I returned I sat for at least another 10 before a young lady stopped and asked can she get me anything. I heard her ask why wasn’t that lady taken care of they looked stupid at the manager and walked away
Today was my first time at Our Glass and it started off fine honestly. It's a decent sports bar. My friends and I were able to sit ourselves and quickly receive service. The food was decent and the drinks were ok (the ginger ale was flat). My complaint is with the service my friends received due to some confusion regarding IDs. We had two friends join us from Louisiana. Louisiana allows its residents to use their license on a state approved app. The brunette barista who was assisting our table wouldn't allow one of our friends to get an alcoholic beverage because he didn't have a plastic LA ID. We tried to explain to her that he didn't need it and we can confirm that he was of age. She still refused to serve him a drink. Then she claims to have seen the friend with no plastic ID take a sip of an alcoholic beverage and preceded to kick us out. HOWEVER!!!! At no point in time did she ask to see the other 4 ppl at the table ID's (there was 5 of us total). I would love to know what judgment system she uses to determine who is of age and who is not because she is not very accurate. To do this during Black History Month is one thing, but to be rude as hell for no reason is another. She was very aggressive and being unnecessary. My friend was discriminated against because he looks young and didn't have a plastic ID.I will not be recommending this place to anyone if they allow people like that to work there. She didn't even attempt to NICELY ask us to leave over something so simple a cop wouldn't even waste their time with.
Shawana and Olivia are the greatest! Amazing personalities on top of being awesome bartenders. Tons of other bars in the area and I continue to go to this establishment to see them.
This establishment could benefit from management oversight. Inconsistency is their down fall. The food, drinks and service is suspect. It stared great and then declined. After spending $100's and tipping well staff still struggles to appreciate their customers. Management needs to step in and train its employees. Please get with your staff!!
