Staff & management are laughable. Except for one kind woman behind the front desk, the staff does not care. One particular male staff member behind the front desk was particularly rude. The hotel was practically empty, so one would think that staff & management would treat guests better.
My husband and I really enjoyed our two night stay at the Omni Las Colinas. Although the hotel itself is a little dated, it has many beautiful features, and is very clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is fantastic! And don't miss the pool! So fresh and relaxing. We also really enjoyed our evening walk along the lake on the well-lit walking path. We will definitely go back to this hotel.
The Omni Las Colinas Hotel is very nice and well maintained. It has a very nice outside pool with a bar/eating area next to the pool. The workout room is clean and roomy with lots of outside light from big windows but you won’t feel like you are on display. For snacks an gift shop items the lobby has an area called Over the Counter near the registration area which is nice. I stayed for a meeting and the staff made sure they paid attention to empty plates and glasses wisking them away quietly and non intrusively. Hotel room was very clean and decorated nicely. All in all a very comfortable and nice place to stay. Staff were all very friendly!
I absolutely love the SERVICE at this hotel! The hotel and rooms are CLEAN and the food is delicious! I spent an entire day at the pool and absolutely fell in love! I’ll definitely be back! #staycation2022
I took my family to this hotel as I had many times before but this time I regretted it. The behavior from a group of unsupervised teenagers at the pool area and the I don't care attitude by management ruined our stay. Apparently teens or any others wishing to be that out of control by the pool at this so-called luxury hotel is acceptable. All other adults left the pool that Friday afternoon just as we did also. Management I suppose is wanting business at this hotel no matter what. I remember years ago when this hotel was the Jewel of the Dallas and Ft. Worth area. We won't be back because all complaints fell on deaf ears.
From the moment I drive up until I departed, I was treated well by all members of the team. The Valet team was outstanding and very helpful. The front desk staff was polite and helpful as well. I had some specific requests that the staff gladly supported. I really enjoyed my stay.

Loved this hotel and proximity to restaurants, bars and shopping. Very spacious and clean room with nice view overlooking canal. The staff were awesome. I’m local and stay was business related, but I’d do an overnight here on personal time just for fun. I liked it that much. Drinks were good, but I’d suggest going off site for food. Food on-site is convenient but taste very much like mass produced hotel food.
I stayed two nights while attending an on-site business conference. I have nothing but good things to say. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I noticed some staff working at more than one job. My room was great, all the food was yummy, and the conference facilities were wonderful. I highly recommend.
