Terrible experience!The smell of the restaurant is nasty, the servers are not the best people serving, they are in the phones all the time and they don’t pay attention to the customers. Amanda was our server and she made mistakes with the order and took more than 55 minutes to get our food. THE SMELL IS IN ALL THE OLIVE GARDEN RESTAURANTS I EVER BEEN!!!DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IS REALLY DIRTY !!!!!!!TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! ?
Went here for lunch today and was definitely the worst service I've received. Their was 4 of us 2 being kids. We waited a good 20minutes after being seated to get someone to come and ask for our drink order. We ended up just ordering drinks and food at the same time. We got out soups in a short time but the one person that got salad never got it. We patiently waited for our drinks but they never came so I finally asked the waiter after waiting another 20minutes while she messed with plates at another table. I don't know if maybe she was knew or just lost but brought the salad and no drinks. We kept waiting and she was no where to be found so I had to ask another waiter if he could get our drinks. He was polite and ready to help and then she walked out finally with the drinks. We waited another 30 minutes and still no food so in total we had been their almost an hour and no food for 2 people. I asked the waiter again who was again at the table messing with plates. Her response was I'll check but stayed their for a good while messing with plates till I asked again aggravated again with hungry kids. She left and we didn't see her again asked for a manager she was polite and helpful but we did end up leaving to get the kids food elsewhere. This waiter had no customer service in her she must have been working for free to have that type of ugly attitude towards customers. She was rude and far from doing her job.
So, if you're ever visiting or living around Irving, Texas; this is a must go-to Italian restaurant. First of all, food and drinks prices are pretty much affordable.Last night, I and my friend; on our way back home from Houston, TX are deciding to stop by this restaurant for a dinner. We're quickly seated without waiting in line. The welcoming host takes us to a calm spot and clean table where we quickly ordered our drinks, and being served with a such attentive and friendly server whose name was Yesling. After a couple minutes taking a look at the menu, we decided to start off our food's order with an appetizer which came out very shortly, tasting very smoothly and mouth-watering.Secondly, me and my friends are ordering two different plates : *Classic Lasagna❤* and *Chicken Scampi??* alongside our favorite sides.Overall, we really appreciated our first positive experience in this restaurant and the greatest service we've got from Yesling( the server??).! We will definitely be back very soon. Thanks very much for the wonderful service, Olive Garden.❤??
HORRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY1) Was not greeted upon entry, I told the guy 2 please & was left standing there for almost 5 minutes2) Waitress introduced herself, asked for our drink order. Ordered a beer, water and Dr Pepper. She wrote a whole bunch down then said Dr Pepper and what else? UGH! REALLY!!3) We ordered drinks and food at the same time because we could just tell how this visit was gonna be. She came back 15 minutes later with soup and salad. NO DRINKS4) We finally had to ask for our drinks and we were asked "What did you have again?"We eventually got our drinks ?5) 1 entree was brought out and we had to ask for my food. It was brought out and was incorrect so we had to request for it to be fixed.6) We were asked once the entire time of we needed anything. We never got drink refills until just before we left. We had to figure out on our own to pay our bill on the machine on the table. **SINCE WHEN DO YOU GET CHARGED FOR THE SALAD???** We were charged almost $7 for the salad.Just one disaster after another!We got up to leave and 5 WORKERS were standing around the podium up front and NOT ONE OF THEM SAID GOODBYE, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT, THANK YOU.... NOTHING!!!
Everything is good and delicious!... The really care about the tidiness and appearance. Although it's a 3 star for a reason.The women's bathroom is absolutely DISGUSTING. The roof looked like it was about to fall off, it stretched of something gross, there was toilet paper everywhere (even over flowing the trash can), and the changing station needs immediate work (tilted and looks like it's about to fall off), and the lights were also very dim.Everything is good but the bathroom really.
We went on a week day it, not many people dinning, service was excellent, food portions were pretty decent, I had a berry sangria and a chicken margherita, very good taste !
Ordered curbside pickup for a Birthday dinner and was shorted a slice of cheesecake; breadsticks were cold and hard. Called the location and manager never picked up. Very disappointed. Orders should be double checked.
This location is disgusting. There were straw wrappers, food and napkins on the floor. Instead of properly bussing tables they were just piling dirty dishes onto a few random tables (which they tried to seat us right next to.) If that’s what the front of the house looks like imagine what the kitchen looks like. We left before ordering.
The salad, the lasagna, and the spaghetti were excellent. I haven't been to any Olive garden or this one in particular for some years and I can tell they have added a little more seasoning to the food and it was great. The place was clean and the waiter did it excellent job with his service. We definitely will be returning in the future ??
Shrimp Alfredo pasta is delicious ? and salad!!Good service !! It took like 35 minutes to get my order it was a long wait for our food!
