Not impressed with this location. Came in around 5:30 before a concert. We were the only guests. It was about 85 degrees in the restaurant, however they'd been open an hour already. I can't believe the wines aren't spoiling in that environment. We were promptly greeted but server didn't come back for awhile. We were seated just a few feet from the bar and the server plus one other staff were more interested in doing the bar inventory. We just asked for the check instead of ordering a snack as we originally planned to do. It was super HOT and we were miserable. Oh and they added 20% gratuity to our bill for 2 people, 2 total glasses of wine. No wonder they weren't too interested in helping us. We used to frequent the Addison location and it was amazing each and every time. Not this place.
The ambiance is perfect! The food is the best at the music factory. The drinks are amazingly made to satisfy whatever your mouth is quinching for. The staff go over and beyond when it comes to serving you.

Wandered in here on a Sunday morning on their first Brunch I got THE MOST amazing filet mignon with eggs!Noah & Thomas took care of me, Fantastic mimosas—they used blanc de blancs.And then many great wine recommandations afterConclusion: This place is no joke they have amazing service, a VERY talented chef, and an extensive wine list.Thank me later ?
What a GREAT experience! If you are looking for a place that cares about your visit, gives you an affordable yet classy dinner, and provides a great wine list… you need to try out Mercy! Not only was the atmosphere wonderful, the staff made you feel welcome and had knowledgeable recommendations.I will definitely be coming back in for the unique experience they are able to provide.
First time at Mercy Bar and Lounge. The service was amazing as well as the atmosphere. They had live music. Erik Carrizales was amazing. I truly enjoyed my experience at Mercy Bar and Lounge.
It sure was nice to get back to normal by eating out & enjoying some live music! Our host & server, Noah, was on point all night long and made us feel special. He offered recommendations on where to sit, depending on what type of experience we wanted. (Direct live music, ambiance with conversations & live music, patio vibes, etc). We filled up mostly on appetizers and libations so I can't comment on the entrees. The Bruchetta was just okay as it really needed to be on crunchy french bread, however we did enjoy the Texan Flatbread pizza and Calamari. We had not heard LaBell sing before and we were taken aback by her beautiful, sultry tone and music selection. We will definitely be back!
