Manager on blue very rude with customers, and have her kid all over the counter and by the cashier kid running all over the store I think it is her son she was paying more attention to her son than the customers
Ordered via mobile app, and even though the lobby was open, they made us go through the incredibly long line at the drive thru... afterwards the order was found quickly, but finding the bag of food was nothing but confusion for the staff. Adding to the poor experience already, the staff was less than courtious, and apparently they now charge a ridiculous 20 cents per pickle slice? Wth corperate?!
I placed a mobile order for pickup. When I arrived I placed it for inside pickup because the lobby was open. When I opened the door, an employee came running towards me and told me to leave. She stated I can't be inside because the lobby was closed...even though the door was open. I told her I had a mobile order and if I could just pick it up if I waited outside. She said no and to go through drive-thru. I stated that the line was very long and the point of mobile is to decrease wait time. She said she didn't care and I wouldn't be able to get it delivered curbside or wait for it outside. She was very rude and showed no consideration towards helping a customer out. Thus I went through the drive-thru and waited for my food for 25 minutes. When I get to the drive thru I was handed the wrong order, and then when I get my order it was cold and not given napkins like I had asked several times. Overall disappointing experience
My boyfriend was eating a McDouble and found a long hair in the middle of the burger when he bit it. SMH wear hair net ruined the food never comin back.
Just went to the closest McDonalds to where I live although this one has a lot of issues. They stopped selling the McRib before the promotion was over. They don't keep their hours although that could be covid related. They often don't have items.Today I went to take advantage of their 2 for $6 deal. You could order 2 items or duplicate items from the following: 10 piece nugget, filet o fish, Quarter Pounder with cheese or a Big Mac. I went with the 10 piece nugget and Filet o Fish. When I got home my Filet o Fish did not have cheese nor tarter sauce. I was very disappointed but fortunately at least I had tartar sauce at home.
Passed through the Irving area to pick up a friend from the airport, and made a quick stop for some breakfast food. The cashier could barely speak English, and I can barely speak Spanish, but we could communicate well enough to get my order correct. She was very nice, and did appreciate me trying to speak Spanish as best I could. My order came up in a bag ready to take out in less than 1 minute after placing the order.
The morning staff is amazing! They are always so polite and efficient. Plus they always make sure we have the correct order before we pull away from the window.
UPDATE NEW REVIEW: THEY MAGICALLY STOPPED CHARGING FOR SAUCE!!!!! This is fantastic people ??? I feel like giving an award ?. I'd like to give a huge compliment to the young man at the drive thru speaker who eased my sadness over the McRib disappearing off the menu (again). I'll be ok. He definitely makes the drive thru enjoyable! Kudos McDees for the awesome customer service and making our wallets fatter ? ?. And just like that.... no whammies and boom....5 stars???OLD REVIEW - SAUCEY SURCHARGE: Is it me or is this the ONLY LOCATION IN IRVING that charges .75 cents for dipping sauce?!?!?! Hot Jesus, I almost had a heart attack after I asked, "Can I have 3 Ranches with the 3 Nuggies Happy Meals please? Yes, it's an add'l .75 cents." ?? My initial reaction in my mind was NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! My kids need Ranch. I cannot have a happy Irving Las Colinas Mom-Life without Ranch and when it isn't included with the Happy Meal, this Mama is gonna freak the F out!?!?!Maybe coming from the other perspective, let's be real... as long as this surcharge is going towards their childrens education (???) and his wife's nails, I'm 1000% ok with that, because us Dallasan Ladies need to be well kept ?.
this location needs to fix their hours. online it says this place is open until midnight but don’t take your chances and drive to the one a mile down the road because more than likely they will not take your order after 10:30.
I live across from it and i walked over at 730 and the doors were locked they close time is 10 for dining room and the manager came to the door telling me they are drive thru only , i explained i didn't have a car and i walk over from my apartment complex right next to it there manager said " well too bad we are not letting you in" i deal with anxiety issues and she made me have a panic attack
