For an order simple and under $16 clarifying it is paid on our side showing receipt of purchase management decided to neglect serving us our food and decided to chew out the cashier at the window instead of personally taking care of the problem as management should. Whatever this McDonald's is doing clearly the order of rank and pay is subjugated and should be monitored more closely. Either this McDonald's at Beltline and Walnut Hill needs to be reprimanded or management needs to be questioned as to why their management to begin with.

I went to this place pretty late at night was just getting off work. There was a little bit of a line and a little bit overweight because their system was down because they are open 24 hours they have to trick the system and they have to do backups and updates and everything like that so it was just a bit slow due to them having to do everything by hand and they could only take cash at the time which was not a problem. Been to this establishment plenty of times and the staff was very friendly they wore masks they double check to make sure you were okay with paying by cash due to their system being down. Food was very hot was good had no issues with the food which is great because at some other establishments that are like this one not had very good luck it's like a hit or miss very clean and well presented outside wise from what I could see it was very clean inside as well I went through the drive-thru.

No dining room napkins. They insist on handing you napkins only upon request, with their own unprotected hands. But, they wear masks like they act concerned about covid. Yet, violate the first law. Moreover, a woman is cleaning the fountain drink dispenser with no gloves. Her hands are literally touching the dispenser nozzles. So, what's the point? The nozzles are already contaminated from being touched.

It McDonald's so everyone has had this food at this point this is more a review on the drive through, this specific location moved pretty good I would highly recommend ordering through the app because it gets you points for free items and when you get to the drive through ordering spot all you have to do is tell them your code and then pass right through it makes the process so much quicker I can't recommend it enough.

Even though they have two lanes for drive thru they always open only one lane. They don't consider how big the line is it doesn’t matter. It takes long time to pick even its mobile order.

3/16/22 at 8:27pOrdered via app while waiting in long line.Finally got to the ordering window to let them know that I had a mobile order and was told to go to the first pick up window. Once IHow hard is it to make two doubleHow hard is it to make two double cheeseburgers got to the pickup window I was asked if I had a receipt and I told them "no I didn't because I had a mobile order" (again) I had to wait 15 EXTRA MINUTES because they deleted my order.How hard is it to make 2 double cheese burgers, no mustard, add mayo, extra onions, extra pickles on both??!!

Very bad service and really bad experienced being in that place. I have to wait 30 minutes for my order. The service they provide was really really bad. The way deliver the food was really rude. Please don't visit this mv Donald with very bad management. Hope they will improve all these in coming days. I am not happy to give the one star review either but I am forced to and want to aware people to not to invest money with bad respect and they are angry with customers even though they do the mistakes and never apologize.

How are y'all 24 hours and your system is always down at certain times of night almost every night.

I went to the McDonald’s on beltline and walnut hill on my way home from work. When I got home I settled in and took the two Big Macs when I took a bite I discovered they didn’t put my meat patties on both my burgers I called the McDonald’s to complain they ask me for a receipt but they failed to give me one so they were not able to help me since I didn’t have proof of purchase I will not go to this McDonald’s again

There’s always item missing everytime I order from this location on door dash if I can order from the one on the airport fwy I would. When someone ask for a meal it should have French fries with it. Who orders from McDonald’s and doesn’t want FRIES????? Please management you need to teach your employees how to read ToGo orders. Is is annoying and very disappointing
