Them kids leave super early, supposedly closes at midnight. Went there tonight at 10:30pm and two guys and one girl just kept saying “no no, we’re closed” They close up shop, get their drinks and go home lol I don’t care but it’s really annoying when someone is grabbing a late bite and end up having to drive elsewhere. At least post accurate hours if you’re going to be leaving early.
Super rude staff. I had to repeat my mobile code three times, but they were just talking to each other about personal stuff with the mic still on. The lady then said pull up to the last window, so I did. Then some pompous manager sarcastically said ma’am the second window is back there. So I explain that the lady said the last window this is the last window. He rolled his eyes and said it’s fine them and then walked away and my order was wrong. I just left. Wasn’t worth wasting my time anymore.
DON'T GO HERE YOU MAY END UP IN JAIL FOR THEIR WRONG DOINGS. Ordered at drive tru, order not correct, they called cops on us ND filed no trespass on us, they shorted toys in happy Meals, 2 burgers and a drink and we payed for this. Marger called me a lairer to my face. I will be talking to Corp office and he already put a call into them. Food was cold by the time we got home.
Sorry, after my visit today, I’m taking away a star. My Big Mac wasn’t made strangely and my chicken nuggets were fried in old oil.It’s honestly a hit or miss. They have forgotten my sauces numerous times. Food quality isn’t consistent. The other McDonald’s on MacArthur is a million times better.

Got really sick after eating at this location, beware. Saw another woman’s post about being served a raw burger patty. That’s probably what got me sick as I didn’t think to check the burger. Called and let them know, never got a refund or anything from getting food poisoning.
Went through the drive thru, used app to get a free cone. Then tried to use code to earn points as the app says you can. I was informed that the system can't support it which is opposite of what app says. Need better training on what customer app can do. Very disappointed also that ice cream texture had changed.
Your standard experience lately at any McDonald's. They forgot items french fries and a cheese burger, took way too long to get you your order. Food was subpar and no straws for any of the drinks.
Ahhhh yes, the old McDonald's by the bank - E.I. E.I. O!! The Spanish ladies here are real nice. I k kw they can speak English too. Lol. It's all good though. Better than most across DFW.
I ordered a large Coke and a large Diet Coke when I'm at the first window they let me know they don't have Coke so I say give me a dr pepper instead I pay and go to the second window where I'm told they don't have dr. pepper I let them know to refund my money on the Dr pepper and I will take the diet Coke I see the guy pouring ice in one cup and pouring the drink in from another cup so I ask why is he doing that and I guess a woman manager tells me they been having problems with their machine but why did I get a dr pepper I don't understand I said diet Coke Worse experience ever .
