I love this location during the day because it’s fast, professional and great customer service! During the night not so much. I had a snotty child wait on me a few minutes ago. She wouldn’t clear the menu. Asked her if her manager could help clear it. She argued used inappropriate pronouns slander. And wouldn’t get my order. I went into the location and the manager didn’t know/ confirmed not an issue with the screen and took my order.It came across as really privileged and from the child working the drive thru. I didn’t appreciate it at all.I’ve seen her there before, treating other customers the same. I doubt the issue will be resolved. Wish her best of luck with her future career in fast food.with that attitude, it doesn’t seem like a promising outlook until she grows up.
Service was deplorable. A front line of associates with managers and no one a acknowledged patrons waiting to be served for 15 minutes until I broke the workers up from whatever they were focused om.
Quick drive thru. Got everything as I ordered. Fries were a little cool though.
This location is usually quick and friendly. Must have been a off day. Went inside bcuz drive through was packed. I stood first in line for 12mins, wasn't greeted or acknowledged the whole time. Everyone was working drive thru. Finally, someone took my order by walking up to counter & just looked at me. Didnt say a word to me. Fries and sandwich were cold.
Never going back there, ordered frappe, fry and mcchicken but got cold fry with no salt and one of mcchicken was over heated and no sauce and no lettuce on it and frappe have no ice, test like only cold water.
The most laziest and rude employees..I m uber eat driver whenever i have order from this location they say their system is down.please don’t go there if u have order from this location to save ur precious time.
We use the kiosk to order our food paid for it and receive the food fairly quick. I usually won't give McDonald's five stars but this time everything was pretty good food was hot it was served quick all around okay that time.
Ordered #7 breakfast with orange juice and a large diet Dr. Pepper, they put the soda on the meal so the OJ was $2.50. When we got to the window she told us she couldn’t change it, so I told her to cancel the #7 and she rudely said,”I CAN’T CHANGE IT” so we left
This basically the slowest McDonalds in Irving. This is the last McDonalds you go to. You might have wait times of 30 to 40 minutes at the drive through. If I wanted to wait that long I would go sit down at Chili's
I placed an order on the app and selected pick up in dining room because the drive though was swamped.When I got there the door was locked, I asked them to cancel my order and they told me they could not do it, also that I would not be charged because the order was not accepted.When I got home I found a receipt for food I never received in my inbox.
