We’ve never had a bad experience at any McDonald’s, but tonight was hell!!We only went because my son wanted some chicken nuggets, sore why not it’s on our way home. Get there and there’s a couple cars ahead of us, it took 45 minutes to order, the line wouldn’t move. Then, after we order it takes another hour to get to the window from the intercom! We saw a lot of cars leaving after us and thought ok they don’t want to wait, WRONG! We FINALLY get to the second window and they say was your order a couple drinks and a dessert and we say no, we orders the #5 with extra fries and they say well all we have is 2 quarter pounders, that’s all, we just threw everything out to get ready for breakfast. WHAT?!?! You mean to tell me NOBODY could come out and say, by the way we don’t have the food you ordered, we apologize. Then he says didn’t you hear me say we didn’t have that through the intercom? NO, because you didn’t say that when we ordered, you took our order and gave us our total. Ridiculous!!! No wonder everyone was leaving the line. It’s just McDonald’s right, but still, worst customer service ever! A little communication would of been great and we wouldn’t of wasted an hour and a half waiting in line to receive nothing!!
The night crew were great! From taking our order to paying and getting our food. Fresh fries and our order was fufilled in a timely manner! Your customer service and great job is very appreciated! Thank you!
This McDonald's is horrible. It's rare to get an order from here (take out, dine in, drive thru) and have it be down correctly. Fries are usually cold or triple dipped in the oil. Buns are burned. Burgers are way wrong. I have taken home someone else's order many times. People are rude .... Some speak Spanish and when I speak Spanish to them they just walk away. So language barriers can not be a valid excuse.Who ever has any ability to help train and fix this flow for this McDonald's PLEASE HELP THEM.
Great staff just wish they were really open 24 hours in the Drive-Thru like they say they are but if you get there before 5 a.m. you're not going to get served most of the time
In the night shift I went to buy a mcchicken and has mayonnaise and Big Mac sauce in it when I didn’t ask for it and the lettuce are old and black
Being this was my first visit to this particular McDonald's, I was definitely surprised when I realized that I was able to place a mobile order at any hour of the day or night... This is something that I'm not used to, and glad I was able to take advantage of the mobile app "deal of the day" specials! Nice employees, and store has the updated appearance.
I've never had issues up until this point. I always order curbside through the app to save time on my already short break. Most times it takes 5 minutes in the parking lot tops. Today I sat there 15 minutes. Another customer pulls up next to me and gets theirs right away. I wave the girl down and ask whats going on with my order. I show her my order details that show confirmed payment and she goes inside to check on it. Minutes later she comes back out and says they don't have the order. The app clearly shows the order and payment, so she goes in to get it made. Again, minutes later, she comes out with nothing. She says her manager won't make it since they don't have the order. At this point I just ask for a refund. She goes in, and again minutes later, comes out and says I can't get a refund since they didn't get the order. I'm 25 minutes into my 30 minute break at this point so I leave $6 less with no food and no break left.First of all, why do you keep sending your employee out instead of handling business as a manager?Second, why are you back and forth debating the legitimacy of my order WHEN IT'S ON MY PHONE IN YOUR FACE?And of course there's no way to get a refund on the app, so what are you going to do McDonald's?
I usually never have a problem here unless the little mexican girl with the weird overdrawn eyebrows is working. She is extremely rude and doesn't know how to put in coupon codes from app. Her attitude is disgusting, she has zero customer service skills. Little girl, you applied to work at McDonald's, if you hate your job so much just quit! If she is working the drive thru window I will not be ordering from this location. Management needs to retrain her or better yet fire her. Cussing at customers because you don't know how to work the computer should not be acceptable behavior even if the service industry is short staffed.
4 people working, all paying attention to drive thru. No one taking order in front area. Then to make matters worse, shift manager let's people cut in front of those already waiting to order.
Every time I go to this McDonald’s my isn’t right. Normally it’s the cold fries that seem like they’re old but I went today before work and opened my burger to find no buns. Like how do you forget to put buns on the burger. Wasn’t the wrong order I was the only one in line. Last time I go there
