My daughter and I visited this location after a long day and the customer service experience or lack of I should say made the day worse. They ended up giving me a large coffee instead of my large drink that I ordered that came with the meal. I had another order that needed to be finished and they also needed to get this order right so they asked me to pull up. Finally when I back through the drive-through because it was taking forever for them to bring my food. I let them know that they charged me for a large coffee and I did not order that. The lady gave me my change for the up charge and then I pulled up to the 2nd window because I asked for them to remake the fries that had now got cold.. They made the frost over and I ask for a free Apple pie for the inconvenience. The lady told me that she gave me free fries and she couldn't give me an Apple pie. I told her no those were not free fries I paid for the fries and because it took them forever to get my order right and I had to go back through the line and wait Those fries got cold so this was a remake. I told her the Apple pie was compensation for the inconvenience. So finally another guy came out and agreed to give me the Apple pie. I just feel like I shouldn't have to go through all that because of their mistake. I didn't even eat my Mac plant nor the Apple pie because I felt like they could have done something to harmony by spitting in the food or something. I will not be visiting this McDonald's again. They showed me how much they value their customers. Which is not at all.
Order this mcondalds thru door dash. The original DoorDasher was delayed, so they had to find a replacement. Instead of waiting until the dasher arrived, this McDonald’s make the order at the time the order was received, so the food sat there for an hour before it was delivered to us. The sundaes were completely melted, the ice in all the drinks were melted, and all the food was super cold.
Very poorly managed…Shawn and Iris were the managers on duty when I pulled up to the drive-thru only to be told that they were closed for the night, way before midnight.Maricela, the voice behind the speaker, falsely claimed that I had moved a traffic cone at the entrance to the drive-thru.Avoid this McDonald’s. There’s a 24hr McDonald’s off Airport Fwy, 9 minutes away. They’ll be happy to take your order there.
Horrible evening staff. Claimed to be closed at 9:45pm when they don't close until 2am, they refused to allow my sisters inside to use the bathroom and were rude the entire time, peeking their heads into the bathroom while my sisters were in there. Constantly yelling closed, closed, closed.
Tried using the app to order and for whatever reason, the order was not going through I redid the order multiple times and the cashier was of no help final had to ask for a manager who knew what they were doing I would say maybe a little more training with the staff and fix the app.
I did NOT have a problem with the employees here, the cashier was SO Nice and the other employees Too. However, the ladies bathroom, the outside And the inside of this facility was a COMPLETE MESS And their prices are getting TOO * bleeping * ? Expensive (WON'T go back here Again, NOPE). ?

It would be great if he would put a sign up saying that the frappe machine is not working so that the customers do not have to wait in a long line and then find out at the register
I wasn't too [email protected] McDonald's on beltline and Shady Grove Rd. In Irving. Their prices was much higher than the other one on Irving Blvd.. my son wanted a mcRib. And on Irving Blvd was $5ish. And at Beltline one was $7. I mentioned it and they didn't seem to care.

This McDonalds just open they were advertising ice cream cone 49 cents ,guess what machine not working has anyone every been to an McDonalds that the ice cream machine is working?? Also no toilet paper in the bathroom plus they do no refills!!! Lousy experience
