This location overcharged me going thru the drive thru. I will have to go back during the day to get my refund. I also think they awe me something for my inconvenience.
I go there at leat twice a week since it's next to my job. The night manager needs a raise having to deal with privileged over the top and disrespectful people in the drive through. I literally saw a Karen yell at this woman and throw food at her. That's not cool and yelled profanity as well. It's sad because this lady is the nicest person.
First off this is supposed to be a 24 hours McDonald’s. I stop by on my way to work at least 3 times a week. But, lately it seems like they are closed every early morning. It’s inconvenient for me to go out of my way to work and they aren’t open. They put signs up saying closed from 2am-5am. I went this morning and they said they were closed. So is it a 24 hour or not? This has been happening for about 2 months now. So it’s a hit or miss days I do try to go.

My daughter loves their chicken nuggets and my go to is their spicy mcchicken. Can't really complain, always fresh when we go and saves me money while on the run!
First off I go to say I love McDonald's I eat there very often but today I had an terrible experience with them I ordered an bacon quarter with a hot hot chocolate.. the hot chocolate was half filled and the burger meat was raw I literally finish the burger with out knowing what I have eaten till I open the sandwich this is unacceptable
I like this McDonald's and it is in a good location. I have been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The layout is the same as most McDonald's but there is separation of different tables due to Covid.So one can sit on every other table. This McDonald's also has an electronic kiosk if one does not want to stand in line.There is a staffing shortage which may cause delays when receiving your food. And sometimes this affects the drive thru line as well.There are bilingual workers there, so this helps out if one speaks Spanish or has a family member that speaks Spanish.
Fast service but we can't believe they didn't have basket of fries.
I got spicy McPlant burgers only (not meal)and it cost me over $5.5 each. The size of the burger was very small compared to the price. The burger was super sloppy and I couldn't hold the burger together, things were falling off all over my hand before I could take my first bite. Cheese was completely melted and dripping. I never had a McPlant burger before but it is difficult to believe McDonald's would have such a burger in their menu - so I am not sure if this is because of the way this particular store prepared it - it was the worst burger I ever had.
I'll pull in and wait 2 minutes. The lady says the window closed but their two people in the drive thru. Smh make it make sense please. I understand it's almost 4 a.m. in the morning. Yall are 24 hours right?
