Let me start by saying, I have been lied by the Manager of this Store when I was promised that my order has been cancelled and total amount of 9.07 will be refunded in next 5 to 10 days.This incident happened on 5/24/2022 on 7:11 PM. I went to pick up a drive thru order, where my earlier mobile order was cancelled and later been overcharged at store without my consent on the transaction. I spoke with the manager about it and told them am being overcharged. I have been told by the manager of the store that they will cancel my order and my refund will come in next 5-10 days.KS 13 Sidel / Order 66.Now, Today on 6/6/2022 around 6:34 PM. I tried reaching the McDonald store again via phone call.Manager was blunt enough to tell the me that no amount will be refunded since its quiet few days and order was placed last month. I even informed him that earlier I have been told that the amount will be refunded by the manager. When i asked his name he just hanged up call on me.Its been a case of clear of lying to your customer.Am sharing this information solely to inform about the customer service people are getting at this store.
FInally a McDonald's worth having the name..The Fries were cooked perfectly, how many times I've gone to mcd's and the fries were lacking. This one hot it right.My kids actually got to use the play area. It is clean and the restaraunt area was nice cleaned as well.Service was good. Granted we went in to eat around 2pm. Normally this place is crazy busy. But overall great experience
Absolutely terrible service! Came here at 5:09 today the man that was running the second window gave me only half of a large slushy. When I asked him to fill it up he had a terrible attitude and slammed the window multiple times in my face. The manager told me his name was Jorge but probably lied to cover him. I usually don't have any problems with this location but this particular guy was very rude. Hope they can do better for future customers.
I only got a coffee *decaf* literally just the drink and they can’t even follow simple instructions lol I didn’t get any sugar with my coffee lol at all lol I even asked at the window can I please get Splenda sugar that lady said it was in the bag and there was no sugar at all lol not even regular sugar lol the manager doesn’t care I’ve been to this location a few times every single time I’ve gone my order is always always wrong and I’m always missing part of my order this is just a messy store.
I ask for a ice cream cone .Your kidding right ? They served it in a cup with the Cone on top ! I ask why did you do this ? How am I suppose to eat it ? He hands me a spoon !! Never said Thank You or nothing . I ordered Nuggets and they didn't put the sauce in . I wouldn't say not to go there because it usually has good service . If I had ordered the ice cream in a cup they would of charged me for a sundae ! I just wanted a ice cream cone but not upside down . They have always had issues in Irving with there ice cream machines
This location is one of the worst locations to order from through DD. I placed an order tonight twice and received incorrect or missing items both times. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and she called out the orders they currently had. I repeatedly tried to tell her the order was already delivered yet she kept speaking over me. I will never visit this location again and I will be contacting their GM to report these issues
Lol it's McDonald's. The ketchup dispenser is always empty, but staff with give you a handful of ketchup if you ask. I give two stars because they only get my order right the first time 50% of the time. What can you really expect? Half the workers are teenagers. ?
Their ice cream machine is always down! Such a disappointment! You have to wait in line to find out how it’s down. It’s down most the times I go. I just go every few months bc it’s on my way home daily but their ice cream machines are usually down. :(
I was at my table eating and the lobby cleaning lady came over,reached over me to clean a crumb off my table with a towel.I think that's pretty rude as she didn't say excuse me or anything.She did ask me if I was Latino?This was odd.When I complained to the mgr.I got no apologies.The mgr.asked if it was only JUST a little water? Which is still irrelevant.my question to anyone is why is she involuntarily cleaning my table as I'm eating their? Very unprofessional!
Usually shipping @ this McDonald's is like a MYSTERY! You may get hot food you may get good service. You never know until the experience is complete.
