Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure!\\n\\nExcellent hotel. Quiet rooms. Clean. Lots of choices for restaurants in the area. Great options for walking the canal with a trail along the waterway. Bar area was nice for drinks and watching football game. Staff was professional and welcoming. I would stay here again.

We give five stars for several reasons.\\nThis was a nice hotel with a very inviting lobby and a good clean room. For Father's Day weekend everybody else in town was jacking up their prices. The Marriott Las Colinas did not. The hotel is walking distance from the Toyota Music Factory and a large number of restaurants. We paid an extra $14 to get a room with a view of the lake. This was absolutely worth it, the view is beautiful. THE ONLY ISSUE: we wish they had better pool hours. The pool was only available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m...\\nWe arrived at 5:00 p.m., went to dinner and then went out for the evening and got back to the hotel at 11:00 p.m...\\nWe have a brunch that we have to be at this morning at 11:00 a.m.... so we did not get to swim... This is a minor detail ... So with all the good points, we're comfortable giving five stars.

One of our favorite places to stay in Dallas! Been here two weekends in a row and the staff is helpful and prompt! Beautiful views and common spaces. It's so quiet as well... A great place to get away from the busy week or to stay if you're in town for work. The concierge lounge on the 15th floor has a fantastic view and is a comfortable place to relax during the week.

I’m pretty selective when it comes to where I stay.\\nI was only here one night however, I had a very pleasant experience from the time I was welcomed by the front desk to when I checked out.\\nI enjoyed a very nice dinner by the water and the food was excellent.\\nThe rooms are clean and newly remodeled.\\nMy experience here was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to book again.

The staff, ambience and service are wonderful. I love their lobby that is very inviting and comfortable to hang out. I wish they had an outside pool. When we arrived, the outside sitting area by the pool had dirty dishes and cigars on every table. Crusty dishes, so left from the day before at least. We arrived early afternoon on a Friday.\\nI’d like to touch on the sizes of their „queen size“ advertised mattresses. I have a family member who is 6‘3. He has a queen size bed at home and my 10year old daughter or even myself can easily sleep in the bed as well. Not here. It doesn’t look like a queen size. So I measured. See for yourself 2-3 inches do make a huge difference. I am overpaying for a smaller bed than is advertised.

This particular Marriott is becoming one of my favorites in the Dallas area. In past visits we had balcony rooms overlooking the lake; on our most recent visit we were able to enjoy a huge suite. The location is one of the best, with easy access to TX-114 and I-35E. It is walking distance to a number of nice restaurants as well as the Toyota Music Factory. Parking is free, with plenty of space in the garage. Breakfast buffet was good, although we had to wait in line each morning to be seated.

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. 2 out of 3 elevators were broken which made waiting for the elevator long. The line almost went to the front desk. There must have been an event going on near by because the lobby was filled with people drinking and the next morning the only elevator that was working was filthy and the floor sticky.

Beds were clean & comfortable. Nice bathroom as well loved the shower only rather than tub.Staff is great, nice lake views, nice lobby hostess were very accommodating. …Easy walking access to a large variety of restaurants.

Check in was easy and the location is fantastic. I was there for work downtown, so it was a good launch point every day. I ran into an issue at checkout, where someone had charged a couple of drinks from the gift shop to my room, but the on duty manager took care if it.
