Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pie with soda and paid the delivery fee plus tip. Arrived late because the driver 'couldn't find my place' and he also did not bring soda. Then he had me waiting for almost an hour because he was 'completing other deliveries' before I could get the rest of my order back. The management was stalling and would not refund the soda. Unreliable and unprofessional. I will not order from them again.
I love Marcos we don’t have the franchise in Maryland but this time I think I’ve fallen out of love with them. Anyway I ordered two pizzas for me and my friends who came to visit from Maryland and one of my pizzas was cut weirdly while the other was normal? Weird because i didn’t ask for it to be cut like that.. the garlic butter i asked for on my crust for the steak and green peppers pizza was missing in action . The Pepperoni MagnificoI’ve ordered before and this time it had no garlic sauce on the crust nor was there any romeasean seasoning. I didn’t tip on the website because I like to tip in person but by the time i even got to my door the delivery driver was gone. Sadly… I’m happy I didn’t tip because this was a disappointment.
Great job Marco's, here on training from Granbury and had a hard time finding something good. You guys made a great looking pizza and tasted even better.
Where do I begin???! Yesterday was my first time ordering from Marco’s, the order online process was super simple and my food was right on time. Furthermore I came with my baby and the young lady on the counter went out of her way to help me with my order, even placed it in the car to help a mommy out. She was kind, patient And while the food was incredible the service is what won my forever business.
I just ordered from here for the first time and Alexis took my order at the register. After taking my order she went straight to making my pizza and didn’t even wash her hands and hand washing is Major especially in the food industry. The guy next to her seemed to be in a hurry and I asked was he about to clock out and he said he just clocked in I was a bit shocked because his apron was so filthy. If you’re just now clocking in to work and working around food your Apron should be clean. This is unacceptable this will be reported to the city/state food inspection department where I work.
Pizza is great, but these guys, all except the guy with the dreds refuse to wash their hands!!!We are still in a pandemic. They’re touching their cell phones, rubbing their hands on their unwashed aprons! YUCK!!! Please take some hygiene classes!!Shout out to the guy with the dreds! Thank you for always washing your hands!!!❤️
Marco's is a definite quality pizza. It's a *little* pricey, but I would say this is a case of "you get what you pay for." You can drop 8 bucks and take a large 3-topping home from other chains, but it is of a definite quality drop off.I wouldn't get this pizza every time I had a craving, just because of said price, but when we want some *good* pizza, Marco's is on a very short list in this area.
Was new to Marcos as the pervious states I have lived in never had one. But my oh my has it grown to be one of my fave pizza places in Texas!Pictured here is a small cheese pizza, parm cheese crust with mushrooms topping ?
Bad enough that it took forever but burnt cheesy bread and luke warm pizza. not cool, Marcos.
HOTEL PEOPLE TAKE NOTE!!!!!!!I had to run out and grab a few things so I picked my pizza up, but I know from others in the hotel that delivery is very quick. I was greeted with some of the best personalities I have seen in a long time (which is so great during these times). My pizza was ready ahead of time, it was loaded with toppings, and still super hot even after driving back to the hotel. If you are in the mood for a very easy/fantastic meal during your stay at a nearby hotel this do yourself a favor and grab a pizza from Marcos. It is my new "go to" when I am in Farmers Branch!
