If you want to waste your money for mediocre ice cream, this is the place. No hair nets, dirty attire and horrible customer service…I paid for my order and when I said no to a tip , the gentlemen at the front made a face as if he was entitled to one. The ice cream is too thick to consume , the flavor is not there because they don’t add enough flavoring ,the toppings are all stuffed in the middle of the cup so you have to dig around the entire time to get equal bites . They only give you 4 rolls and if they have any extra from your ice cream they will save it in the freezer for the next person .Save your time and money, go somewhere else.
Very good! Quick service and delicious ice cream. We built our own rolled ice cream. The best surprise was the strawberry topping wasn’t just a sauce, it was a fresh strawberry!
It was a nice, clean, place. The lady that took the girls order had a small language barrier. But, they worked it out. Only fruit boba teas sold so I didn't get anything. But the young man and son of the lady help the girls.They were very nice. It didn't look like they get alot of business. So please check them out.The girls seemed to enjoy their rolled ice cream.So if you're looking for Rolled ice cream and are close by go see them.
If you love to waste 50 mins, this is the spot. We waited for 50 mins to get our rolled and scooped ice cream. The “mom” made us do her job by tapping on the tablet for our order. She also gave us attitude (made us feel dumb) which made me furious since I was translating for my parent’s order. We went on a Wednesday night and I cannot imagine the wait-times for the weekends. The ice cream tasted like the Kroger brand ice cream. Overall, I do not recommend getting ice cream here.
Ice cream has no flavor and was so cold couldn’t eat it
WORST EXPERIENCE, if it's your first time going to this place, do not expect good service at all, this is what I got for $8.10, they have put literally 2 rolls and that too in a worst condition and presentation, they do not deserve all the hype and the cost for what they are offering. It would be better if you guys are offering the same quantity and quality of the dessert for what you are taking the money for.
Finally tried this Rolled icecream!! The process of making it is fun to watch and fresh icecream tastes good!
Decent ambience. The cashier was polite however seems like they were short staffed. Had to wait 20 min for one icecream and another one came 20 min later. I think the management need to consider of having well trained staffed for faster efficiency. Besides that my experience was okay.
Horrible horrible. Every time I order from Doordash it is not made correctly they add on some nasty ingredients to my ice cream every time. I’m so tired of them. Tried to give them another 2 chances and the same thing. This is so disappointing.
Great place to try rolled ice-cream and prices are decent. We paid $10(tip inclusive). The place offers a variety of rolled ice cream, shakes, falooda as well as boba. We ordered the strawberry shawty. The ice cream is good, not too sweat and doesn’t melt too quickly (a pro when you have kids).Just be patient since there is only 1 person working. We waiting approx. 10-15 mins since there was already an order in. We didn’t received a warm welcome (I ‘ll just put it on the fact that they were busy) but they were kind enough to bring our order to the table.All in all, definitely recommend.
