La Margarita is a staple in our household. We eat here minimum once a month.My regular order is their taco salad, but their Relleno Al Carbon and any of their carne asada dishes are just sooooo tender and delicious. Also definitely splurge on their table side guacamole - so fresh and delightful!We always come here when we have guests in town, and it becomes a requested visit when they come back.Weekend nights can be pretty busy, so expect a wait. But we normally have no issue during the day or week nights.

The wait stuff is pretty decent but the food is so good. We have been twice now and I have actually been blown away both times. The salsa is the best I’ve ever had. It is warm and gives you a cozy feeling when you eat it. I can make a meal or just off of chips and their salsa. The homemade red and green chili sauce that they put over their flat enchiladas and skirt steak is wonderful. It might not look like much from the outside but inside is super clean and has cool artwork on the wall. Thank you all for the awesome food!
The service was amazing! My drink was delicious and so was my food. So glad we decided to try it!
When it comes to Mexican food, if you're going to do it simple, you have to do it right. La Margarita has simple but great dishes that will satisfy your appetite. We will definitely come again
The less than stellar review is for the drinks and service. After picking up drinks with my to go order, I could tell they were less than full in already small cups. I had ordered a Pair of Top Shelf Grande margaritas.I asked to see the manager who came over to tell me the drinks were appropriate for the order. When I showed him how they were less than full (the tilted picture shows when the drink level touched the lid), he said “I can add more ice” with a completely straight face. I’m not sure if he was being patronizing or was just that oblivious to the terrible value. It’s all especially ironic for a restaurant named ‘La Margarita’.Please consider elsewhere if drinks are an important part of your dining experience!
I haven't been to this place in a number of years. It's had a nice upgrade so it has a nice clean feel to it now. Still has the mural on the north wall!!Had the pesto shrimp enchiladas and oh my goodness they were out of this world. Will definitely be back to have some more of those. As soon as possible!
Great place off Belt Line near Finley (look for the Chase bank in parking lot, East side of Belt Line) Usual cheese enchiladas to evaluate. Solid dish... Chili was a bit bland, and hot sauce had a sharp bite on the back. Chips stood out by themselves!!! Mexican sodas on menu made old school cane sugar instead of high fruitcose syrup. Overall good food, great service. My buddy ordered the duck tacos and liked them. so if you are feeling exotic give em a try. Tuesday Enchilada special if you are burned out on Taco Tuesdays everywhere else. Stop in! you will leave full and content.
Love the drinks here. I only came for the bar experience. I ordered the Fruit Infused the short pink drink and the other drink is the Prickly Pear Martini are both awesome drinks. Family Friendly Environment. I love it here. ?☺️?
I have to give this place 5 stars every time I come here. The food is fantastic and the service is above and beyond. I'm a queso fanatic and this is the place to go. Their entrées are so delicious and their margaritas are on point. Highly recommend this restaurant.
