If I could give no stars I would ive been to this location twice both times disappointed i got the family meal the chicken pieces they gave me looked like small wings ni meat on them I also ordered large fries they gave me a small. I won't be back here ever again

I went around 945pm close to 10 pm to KFC and they gave me bad chicken that smelled spoiled and had a nasty color and when I asked to get two thighs they told me they only had wings and original and no biscuits and it was very small pieces and the three meals had a bad smell to the chicken and they said they was about to close that the oven were off
My order: 8Pc Extra Crispy Family meal w/ Mashed Potatoes and Corn, and a Spicy Chicken SandwichWhat I received: 8 soggy pieces of chicken that were overcooked, mashed potatoes so extremely bland, and a chicken sandwich that I suspect was made yesterday b/c the bun was hard, the chicken was VERY dark like it was fried twice, chicken was soggy (seriously not a single crispy piece of skin) especially near the pickles, and hardly any spicy sauce.Attached is what my bucket looked like and the chicken sandwich after a bite when they realized how awful it was.For a Saturday night where you expect a bunch of customers, I can't believe they're sending out old food. I will NOT be returning to this location and be avoiding KFC stores in general if this is acceptable at any of their locations.Disgusting.

Food is always fresh, hot and quick. They do a good job and are friendly and the place is clean. No issues. Ever.
Kinda sad....dirty, not the best team members working the night we visited. Unfortunately, many gauge customer service to the Chic-fil-a standard. KFC can't even compare. But the fried chicken was pretty good. Love the mashed potatoes!!!
Always messes up our order. Food tastes old & dry. I called to store one time when they didn’t give us any of the drinks, they hung up multiple times.
Even though I didn't order any chicken this time around we did get two of their family size lemon cakes. If you love lemon then you will Love these. Extremely moist and lots of lemon flavor. Drive through staff really nice as well.
No credit card machine working cash only. I went after 8pm .
