I walked into the restaurant & was not greeted. I kindly ask for hot fries and I was given a whole attitude and I don’t understand why. The lady threw the fries in my bag and proceeded to work. Very unprofessional, if you do not like your job find one that you do like but don’t take it out on others who are spending their money.
It’s actually incredible to say the least. Service keeps spiraling down at this location and I know this wasn’t my first issue here. I sent a customer experience form online and never got heard back.
I bought the Babyback Rib Family meal. Unit sure what meat that was but it was nothing that I've ever eaten before and surely it wasn't pork! #disgusting The best thing this place has is it's cornbread.
NOT A GREAT FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!Got curly fries, loaded mini Tacos and spicy chicken sandwich. They gave me Curly fries, which were *cold* as it was sitting there for a day or so and sandwich wasn't as great as expected.
The worst Dine-in experiences in my life. All I wanted to do is order my food and sit and eat as I am a postal worker. The lady behind the counter gets upset. She didn't want anyone inside of the establishment because she is working on a Christmas tree. She takes my order as I sit down to eat She calls over her two workers and says in Spanish why is he sitting here? I hate when people come in and just sit down like they have nothing else to do? I don't know why I was targeted today. I just wanted to eat. But I lost my appetite and left. Please don't visit this restaurant.
Ordered large ultimate cheeseburger combo via uber. There is no bun with burger. It just a patty and cheese in box. How could they send like that. Very disappointed.
Well I guess I'm going to be one more of the many unhappy customers who's had the displeasure of coming to this location. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with curly fries and my fiancé ordered tacos and asked for Taco sauce. Unfortunately we didn't check the bags when we went back to the hotel (which was not close by) to find out they gave me some kind of burger lathered in butter with regular cold French fries and no tacos... oh but they did give us the taco sauce though! The only other thing they got right was our drink order so we ended up having to share a burger and fries. I will NEVER come back to this location and I'll tell anyone coming to Irving to go literally anywhere else. Also I gave them a negative review on their survey and all I got was a "sorry you had a bad experience" email a week later.
My husband goes to this location for us and the past several times our order has things missing after paying for them. Last week was missing tacos. They tried giving him the ones they “forgot” from Atleast 20 mins that went by and he asked for fresh ones. He had to go back after getting home and they didn’t even accommodate him with anything after their mistake. Today he asked for extra cheese on 2 breakfast sandwiches and there was NO cheese at all. They don’t answer their phones either and we are about done with this location. Too many mistakes and no apologies or accommodations. My husband left a comment on the corporate website a MONTH ago for another bad experience and has heard nothing.
I love their chocolate Oreos shakes ? but their food is not on point all the time so that's why I'm writing it three stars
Over priced and under sized portions. Service wasn't horrible but the food was greasy and luke warm. The iced tea also tasted old and funky
