Pulled up in drive thru around 11pm and there were two vehicles ahead of us. Sat in drive thru waiting for 40 minutes to order. Finally decided to leave and when we drove around there were two employees just sitting at the front counter talking paying the vehicles no mind that were waiting to order. Then the two workers came out and left. Apparently this location doesn't stay open til 2am like it states. Very unprofessional of staff to make cars waitWent again last night and was turned away from the drive thru by a man I'm guessing he was a manager but he wasn't in no uniform. They should get the operational hours straight because it says they are supposed to close at 2am not 11pm not 12 midnight...

Where should I start. Really I didn't want to give any stars at all. My order was wrong. I had half onion rings and half fries. Someone had jokes that day. Lucky I was on lunch break and had to go back fast or Someone would of got it thrown at there face. When you hire kids. Don't let them cook or take orders. Order taker put Someone you can understand and can take an order correctly. Owners and managers, make better choices on who you hire. No family members and friends, your business will go down faster that way. Good luck i will NEVER go back.

Wasn’t impressed with this place. I’ve never been to a jack in the box before so figured I would give it a try. After walking in the business, I was looked at by the employees, but no response. I thought maybe they were busy so I waited around for ten minutes, getting glares, but no service. Was definitely surprised by this and went next door to McDonald’s instead. 0 stars!

I PROMISE YOU IF I COULD LEAVE 0 stars I WOULD !!! THEY ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!!!! The manager and a young Mexican lady was very rude I then told the MANAGER I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DONT WANNA EAT NOTHING FROM NOBODY THAT HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE AND WAS TOLD SHE COULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND SLAMMED THE WINDOW DOOR!!!!! But it’s okay because I’ve already contacted CORPORATE THANKS !!

BACK AGAIN. I commented maybe a month ago saying they’re always “ out of chicken” for last 3 months everyday. So here now is a photo from my visit. I’m in line as I type.

I ordered the HOMESTYLE RANCH CHICKEN CLUB meal with curly fries and Fanta strawberry soda. This is a great sandwich that's made to order and was hot and fresh with soft bun. I also ordered the mini churros. I was very pleased. Priced a little higher than some other chicken sandwiches but the quality makes up fir it.

We waited about 7 minutes to move forward even 1 car length. We waited about 12 to order at the intercom. At that point, we were told they could only accept exact change and cards. After waiting about 20 minutes, we got to the window where we then told to pull ahead and wait after paying.Finally, ~22 minutes later, we received lukewarm fries to go. At least the chicken sandwich and hamburger were hot and fresh.

I love their curly fries. If they had a pescetarian (e.g. fish - preferably not fried) or vegetarian (e.g. black bean or vegetable - no soy because I'm allergic) friendly sandwich I'd go here with some regularity. As it stands I only go to get a friend food.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I place an order for delivery and I get my order and I am missing part of it. I try to call the store to let them know and the call just keeps failing. I know it is on them because I made calls to other people to test and make sure it wasnt my phone and it worked fine.

My mini tacos were crunchy but the fries were bland and the sodas all needed to be changed. I guess we had bad timing. They also missed a burger and we dined in.
