Order was wrong and drive thru wasn’t very understanding of their own mistake when we were being nice up front about it, ended up telling us it was our faults we ordered a triple cheese burger and got triple cheese bacon fries with no bacon or cheese , wrong order and it wasn’t even correct to begin with , poor service just needed up getting a refund bc it’s not what I wanted .
“Irma” (half of her name Tag was cut off, possibly she gets in trouble with other customers I don’t know) but she gave me a lot of trouble at the counter. The total came out to be 9.28 for a meal and there was no one behind me in line (I made sure), so I tried to get rid of my change and i ended up struggling for about 5 mins. I barely managed to scoop up 9.23 so 8 asked her to take the drink off nicely. She then quoted another number that I thought would be less (since she sat there and watched me struggle), but I later found out it was more 9.50. I asked her if there was a way to make the balance less since I only had 9.23, but she kept repeating “you want the fries” as though taunting. I said yes but I thought since I didn’t get the drink it would be less expensive not more. So she repeated 9.50. I guess she was trying to show off so I told her that she should help her customers not mock them. I asked how much it would be for a small fry and it came to 9.18 but she wanted to be right. I told her to keep the change and watched her get the food. She needs to go back and get some rest. Don’t spoil the whole bunch please Irma…
Service was fairly quick the only hiccup of the visit was the young lady seemed annoyed when I requested to exchange our drink to unsweetened tea.. Her look of agitation was all it took to bring down my day, right along with the heat being unbearably hot. The weather is not a good friends with people who work the drive thrust. I understand.
I couldn't even eat what I ordered because it was too spicy. I know to ask for 3 Sweet & Sour packets to calm down the Heat. Well, I asked for the Sweet & Sour packets when I ordered and again when I was at the window. The Cashier assured me the Sweet & Sour packs were in the bag. I got home and discovered she had put 4 packets of "GO GO" Sauce, WHICH IS VERY SPICY HOT. Wasted over $20.00 that I won't get back. ???
Always freshly made but check order on the menu screen before paying as the cashier sometimes does not understand what is being ordered.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️I never do this but this was a must!!I just left the drive thru and was not happy with the service at all. I’ved always came to this location but after today it makes me not want to return.The gentleman who took my payment told me Stephanie took my order. ( which he stated he was new and didn’t know her name at first but then I asked again for her name ).I don’t want to explain exactly what happen but sadly it was pretty rude…Just wanted to let the young lady know that it doesn’t matter how busy or overwhelming it gets, Customer service is always number one priority. In pleasant manner and going beyond for customers basic needs.I was just trying to get dinner after a long day at work with my princess.
Food is always fresh at this location to me. Good customer service.
Ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger got charged for one but no bacon. No one answered the phone and I called 6 times. Drive through person didn’t really seem to care anyway. Overall poor service
Beltline location needs a little help. For the most part they get it done, but there has always been confusion with the order.
