Said they are “24 hours” but not. We did a mobile order only to find out they were close when we got there and they still took the money out the account and I never got it back
It has been a while since I have went here but I went through drive-thru everything was good all of hamburgers were dry on the buns
The hours say the drive thru is open until 2 am, I get there at 11:47pm and wait 10mins for no one to take my order, I drive up to the window and sit for another 5mins and no one bothers to answer or look out, I drive around to the back of the line again and see an employee walk out the back door and run to their car, while she's pulling out she almost hit mine, lights are on and there's another employees car but no one was taking orders while a line formed. Don't display your hours if you won't bother to stay open until then. It's not even the first time this happens and it's always the same girl.

This location is a bit disappointing from the other Jack in the Box I have visited. They take too long in the drive through even when there is NO line..

I got the sriracha fry burger and was disappointed i had no sriracha sauce on it so was so dry. Cheddar jalapeño popper were good
Good monster tacos 2 for 3 dollars. Gotta love it.
They will always get your order wrong they don't listen to you in the Drive-Thru and then when you go inside there more stupid
