They don't never open on time I'm always to tell them to open the lobby doors this crazy that's why I don't eat there the one on O'Connor and 183 hwy
Quite a few times over a long period of time I would try to order through the app and I would get a message that this location was not accepting orders through the app. I had specials that were only good through the app and I'm not about to drive clear across town just to get the special. And quite a few times I asked for whipped cream on my iced coffee and was told they were out of whipped cream. So I'm not at all happy with this location.
Every single day this location says they don’t have chicken tenders and it’s been this way the past 3 months. That’s weird and they’re the only location “out” idk what’s going on there honestly
I don't know why this place never gets my order I usually drive further to the other location because I always have problems with my order at this location this one sucks I don't like tomatoes or onions but it never fails that I bite into them
Said it closes at 10pm but already closed at 8:40pm. Workers just hanging out inside.
I'm a late night Uber driver, and when I'm done with my runs, I just want some quick food before I get home, and this used to be one of my favorite stops. Now, they are closed before midnight, even though all the signage insists this is a 24 hr location. Maybe they think that means 24hr/wk? Lol. That's okay. I'll just take my money elsewhere.

Look I've been to a lot of jacks in the Dallas area but this one right here in Irving is the one jack that has Amazing workers that actually make the food to come out looking like the commercials fresh and fast served I rate this a 5 stars for me cause I've tried a lot of jack n the box but this one is it.....
