Absolutely horrible service. When ordering at the drive thru I could hardly hear them and likewise. It was not only hard to order but the absolute worst attitude from the employees. A male opened window stuck the machine to pay no greeting didn't even look at us handed the drinks briskly and after paying just left didn't give a receipt. Then a woman comes with the food and absolutely rude attitude handing over the food. If you want jack go to a different location or just go elsewhere.
Love how you get there an hour before they close...Yet they said their closed..Covid store hours.. and the people who cried about not having a job...what not to do itPlus..QT..Once they get that down..Shutting them down like 7-11
Put in a mobile order Sunday night well within operational hours. Got charged, email confirmation and headed that way only to arive to an abandoned store. Reached on the app. Maria Cruz assured me will remind the store of their operating hours but did not address the fact i was charged for something i never got. Called the store today and got forwarded to another number. Don’t use the mobile app here . Its a gamble and there is zero support. They can have my six bucks but not without a responsible warning to the public. Do better Jack in the box. Its the little things that bring us back or make us quit!
Dine in hours show 6am to close. I get there at 7.30 am, diner was still not open. Great job keep it up

Emily was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She didn’t just slam the window after giving us our food she actually went the extra mile and I was surprised because most fast food restaurants are not polite these days or don’t care about customer satisfaction. Our food was fresh and very good as well.
The salads are not good. Need to start using romaine lettuce. That iceberg lettuce have nutritional value.
Always an excuse at this place. Today at the drive thru he says cash only. So now I have to wait on 3 cars ahead of me. Then, car in front of me pays with card. Last time in drive thru same guy there says we aren't open because he is the only one working. Time before that, order all jacked up, nothing right. Not going here again
Waste of time ever going here. Hours aren't correct, what is the point of having the hours shown if they aren't correct? Do better Jack in the box. I expect compensation for wasting my gas.
No idea what the hours for this place are and they don't answer their phone, ever. I made a mobile order because I wanted to try it after 2 or 3 years and several bad experiences, but when I got there the lights were on with nobody inside and my order visible on the screen through the window.and a quick edit after reading some other reviews makes it obvious this has been going on for months and their "looking into it" isn't happening. Also, after sending them feedback and requesting a refund because I was charged for the order, I was never contacted by them
