Fun place; New menu; the flavors are consistent and never let me down.

Good food with excellent customer service. This chain of halal Indo-chinese restaurants is fairly popular across the US. We have tried other locations, and wanted to replicate our experience. We had a good dining experience and were able to have a great time. We ordered a few classic house dishes, and children’s meals. We didn’t have to wait long before the dishes were ready. The soup appetizer (chicken egg drop soup and hot and sour soup), and dumplings were excellent. The kids meals were good and the main courses scrumptious. Overall, this branch of the chain lived up to the consistency of its siblings, with good food, and service.

Very bad mgmt. Came in on Sunday night 5/22. Very busy and it seems only 1 lady who seems to be wearing many hats. She’s a waitress /receptionist/hostess and 1 busser. How do you run a business like that! Very disappointed. Drove from Richardson . Will not come again! Nothing against the lady working in the front. She’s doing the best she can with what she got. 10 tables and NO help.

We ordered soup, baby corn, noodles and fried rice… all the items have come together and became cold by the time we tasted them. Host was hospitable but I expected the service to be better while serving food. The soup was amazing and gets 5/5 any day. Baby corn was cold but tasted good with the sauce…fried rice was supposed to be spicy but it was sweet 1/5 and noodles wasn’t as expected and tasted same as baby corn.Dress code for employees, fair hospitality, disappointing taste, good ambience

The sauces that were put on dishes were not well balanced. Apart from that, the food was pretty good.

I went to this restaurant located in Irving with my friends a couple of weeks back. Had a terrible experience. The waitress was very rude. The food was so oily and spicy that we had to literally waste all the food. It was expensive for the food that was served. To top it all, they did not even have the basic courtesy to wait for us to leave the restaurant. They just shut the door behind us once we stepped out as they were trying to close the restaurant after afternoon hours. We were so embarassed. Every customer should be treated well. I will never visit this restaurant again nor will I ask my friends and family to go there.

I went with my friends to Inchins bamboo, Irving recently and had a terrible experience. The waitress was so rude to us from the beginning. She scowled at us when we just asked for warm water. Food was so bad. We asked for less spicy food but it was so oily and spicy that we were not able to consume it. The waitress literally took away the plate from my friend when he hadn't finished his food. She didn't even have the courtesy to ask us if we had finished eating, to clean the table. When we asked for a change of food item just a minute after giving the order, she told us that she couldn't delete the previous order from the system and that we would not be able to change it. I've been to inchins bamboo in other locations but haven't had such a worst experience before. Overall I had a terrible experience and the worst customer service at this restaurant.

Good indo chinese resturant ..Soups are good to taste.. service is good.. good portion of food..

Just ordered to-go from Inchins Irving location and here's what we got. Thank you Inchins for the frozen naan for which you conveniently charged $3 (are you seriously kidding me). You can fool me once only. Pathetic!!!
