Worse service ever. I ordered 20 minutes away and when I got there I still had to wait an hour. I already paid cash and when I asked for my refund because I was tired of waiting I was told there is no refund policy. I think they’re more focused on the delivery drivers than the actual Customers in the restaurant. I also got told more than once the food was comin right out
We waited 30 minutes just to order for to go then after 15 we just wanted a refund it was getting late and we wanted to go home at this point. Waited an Hour and some minutes in total. Got into an argument because the cook/manager (wouldn't give name) said he could give 5 minutes let alone 2 seconds to sign a paper so we could get our refund. Told my boyfriend he can wait or leave (how with you having my card info and me not having a refund for food we never ate?). Literally just arguing for the cops to be called for nothing! Didn't allow us to sign receipt or basically told to leave come back in 3-5 days. 3-5 days comes along and not only did my account get charged but the server (Aaliyah, nasty attitude and had a confrontation with my boyfriend til I came inside) decided to give herself a tip! Disputing with my bank as we speak. Always had issue going here weather it's picking up food or dining in. Done with this location. DO NOT let Aaliyah be your server, she will overcharge you, hope she gets fired she deserves to be, THEIF! Mind you this was all for wanting a refund. The manager needs to be fired too, understaffed or not you don't talk to people like that ESPECIALLY someone representing a brand. Shameful.
I love this location. It is a bit busy, bit worth the wait. I'm not quite sure who the cook is on this Saturday morning shift,but it tastes like grandma's cooking!! You can taste the love. ❤ I am so enjoying my visit today. I will be back!! Compliments the the cook and the staff. You have made my morning magical.
Great food and great staff. We had a waitress by the name of Brianna and she was so wonderful. I always love having wonderful customer service and she provided the absolute best. We all had simply breakfast orders and our food came out good. Really enjoyed our late lunch today.
IHOP, Everyone said this restaurant has very good taste and has different variety. We went to this restaurant on weekend for a cupcake pan and waffle. We ordered for breakfast and waited for more than 40 minutes, but there is no response. I checked with the front desk employee but he says it will be ready with in 10 minutes. and I enquired every 10 minutes. he repeated the same. Next, a person behind me who get his order then i asked the person again. He went inside and grabbed more than 5 orders at a time. it seems they are focusing only on the orders and not on the delivery. There is no issue with the taste or packing. I have reduced 2 stars because of the Customer service. They don't how to respond the customers. Please try to improve your customer service...
Only if the service was a bit faster , this would had been 5/5 .Being an vegetarian we have very little options but the best options are -Amazing hot chocolate, pan cakes & waffles.Cheese sandwich , fries .They fry hash browns in used oil that's the only trun off.
Noah is an outstanding server as well as the rest of the staff. They were amazing and had great hospitality. Definitely coming back for sure

Service? Sat down and got our drink order within a few minutes of being seated a girl from back in the kitchen was yelling and cursing extremely loud with families in the dining area. I personally got up went into the kitchen and loudly told them to keep it down that there were customers dining with children. We ended up just walking out. I definitely will not be coming back here again.
Wow! Can I say absolutely outstanding service. We walked in and requested a table and Amanda Walls immediately sat us at a table where we were able to workShe also said that we were very busy and had our table full she the brought over an extra table for us to work and eat comfortably.We will ALWAYS come back to this location because service was so outstanding!Thank you Amanda!
