Gotta love I HOP! Had the breakfast sampler with 2 extra pancakes. I substituted bacon and ham for several pork sausages. Hash browns, 2 eggs, sunny side up and 3 pancakes + the 2 I got on the side.I love the blueberry syrup, which I used almost 1 full jar of it! Everything was cooked perfectly, with a great team of staff that runs the place. Very friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant!
I had a lunch date with my friend here a couple of weeks ago. I arrived before my friend and went I side. I let my server know that I would be waiting to order until my friend arrived. My friend arrived about 10-15 minutes after me. In the course of me waiting for her, my server came back and asked me two more times if I wanted to order. It really confused me the second time because I had already said that I was waiting. By the third time I realized she was just trying to hurry me up so that she could turn the table. I had a brief conversation with my friend and before we were even done conversing or done with our food, our server was back asking if we needed boxes. She literally rushed us out. I don't know if that's encouraged by management at this location but it definitely made for a really bad customer experience. The food was also barely seasoned and bland. Just not good at all.
This place is not organized. Be prepared to wait at least 1 hour 30 minutes to be seated. The place is not clean. Dirty tables and silverware.To go orders you would assume would be great no issues, however every time I order something they seem to be out of it. Example I ordered a combo waffle the guy said we are out of waffles. I requested chocolate chips they are out of chocolate chips.Reminds me of that movie Friday they got milk no cereal ham no burger water no kool aid. Crazy.
I would not recommend this specific IHOP. My parents and I have arrived at 11:30 and told it would be about at 30 minute wait. Once we were seated, it took almost 30 minutes for our orders to be taken. It’s 1pm and we still have not gotten our food. The waiters as well have been avoiding guests to refill the drinks and take orders. Our waiter has not checked in on once since taking our order. We had to find him to refill our drinks. There was multiple groups who got here after us and got their order before us. Update: we got our food at 1:15pm
We had to wait a long time to be seated. Als there was some confusion on which waitress would be taking our order. We waited at least 30 minutes before we had our drinks.
Horrible experiance at this location . My family and i arrived at 8:20am was seated and waited over 30 minutes. I went up to the front and one of the workers gave me an attitude when i ask if someone could go and take our order . Waited another 10 minutes and finally someone came. After our order was place we still waited another 20 minutes and no food at our table . We had to get another person just to bring us our tab to pay our drinks because the wait was unbelievable and service was horrible
Ummm….hard to say what happened here. I actually feel sorry for the Restuarant industry at times because of the quality of help they are forced to hire. If you looked at this, and still gave it to a customer- you either didn’t care, or you saw nothing wrong with it. Giving 2 stars because it was fast.
Been here about two times, good food in my opinion, cofee was cold but food ok.Now you go there only if you dont mind wating for your food for over an hour ?
When arrived we had to wait like maybe 20-30 min didn't mind it it was Saturday the 1st so we weren't complaining, we got to our table the section was so cold that our kids weren't comfortable. There were about 3 parties that got sat after us one of like 10 people who got their orders taken (all 3 parties) and we still haven't even seen our server. All parties got their food and we haven't even order our drinks, about an hr. pass by and we go ask for a manager about 3 servers said they're on their way. I told my husband to just leave this was one of the worse experience here at IHOP. The manager just keep saying do you want to be served didn't really care about the situation.
