First time customer, just moved to the area. totally dessapointed. Pizza was dry, almost none sauce, barely any cheese ,the crust so hard that my 3 1/2 years old son couldn't bite, this was nothing but a frozen, cheap, poor Quality pizza that was thrown in the oven for $20 dollars?? I Had to run to Tom Thumb and buy a red baron frozen pizza that was better than what I get from this place
Pizza and breadsticks were burnt. Manager had terrible attitude, service was overall terrible. Had good experiences at other locations, but would not recommend this one.*Update: We got in touch with the GM and very accommodating in addressing our concerns. Thank you for reaching out. Good pizza! Easy delivery to our hotel
Customer service is absolutely fantastic!! I talked to Andrew the manager. Let me tell you.. this guy needs to travel and hold classes and teach people in the same industry about Customer Service, he's absolutely the best. Food is also outstanding. It was definitely new to me and my family the taste, dose not have a lot of red sauce. However it quickly grew on us and we enjoyed. I definitely recommend this place!
Delicious pizza places, with the option of making your own pie. Always a plus to offer anchovies in my book! My understanding is, this location is pick up or delivery only. Not a full sit down resturant.
OMG I had to write this review ! The guy at the counter was so kind and friendly I was completely floored ! It’s so hard to find people who are just kind these days and I was blown away how genuinely happy he was to help me . It was great . I didn’t even care how the pizza tasted his service alone will have me coming back! The pizza was very good though ! Very fresh. Thank you so much for your kindness !

Best food ever treated very nice
First off, the pizza is absolutely delicious!I sat inside while I waited for my pizza to cook, and was able to observe Andrew without even trying to lol. Andrew has outstanding customer service skills. He was very inviting and pleasant. And I feel he should be recognized for that.It was my first time trying iFratelli, and he was very knowledgeable about the different pizza options available. He even offered water while I waited. He also stopped doing what he was doing to help a coworker whom was struggling to get out of the door to do a trash run.Even listening to him answer the phone and take orders, I’m sure most of the customers could hear/see his smile through the phone. Oftentimes you can sense impatience and frustration when ordering pizza at most chain pizza joints, but not at iFratelli’s in Las Colinas. Keep up the great work Andrew!
