My family came to celebrate a birthday today. We initially had some concerns but they were quickly addressed by the manager. Him and the rest of the staff took great care of us and made the rest of our night absolutely lovely!

Waited over 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday afternoon that wasn't busy. Hostess was rude.Only saw my server when she took my order, brought my order and brought my check. Food wasn't hot. Bathroom was nasty. The paper towel despenser was empty. Management will respond to this post with an apology I'm sure. I will return in a few days and can probably guarantee that my next experience will be no better.Management called me. Discussed my concerns and invited me back. I came in the same time period the following Sunday. James the manager was very nice, addressed my issues. Had a great meal and a very pleasant time. I could see the steps James had made immediately upon arrival. So I know he is professional about his job and I thank him for it.
I love coming to Hooter's, every year I bring my family (20+) to celebrate my birthday every year and they never disappoint. Normally its to the downtown Dallas one. This Irving location is always short staffed and never want to take over 6 people. They say it will be a 1 hour wait. We Normally order the 50 pcs wings with fries..nothing to difficult.
I had a take out order there was a problem with it. The manager did not solve the problem but the owner saw this and handled it above and beyond my expectstions very quickly If ordering take-out, check your order. I will try this location again thanks to such care in handling my comment. The server, Kinsey, should get 5 stars.

The Irving Mall Hooters is good to take the family before the Movie. It is kinda fun to be a kid for a little bit. Let's really become great customers. OWL is the new fashion. ?Apply for whichever Sport you like Imagine A New HOOTERS best tip for being a good customer remember you are part of the experience too. My goal is Hooters is a Country Club.
Comfortable welcoming place to chillax and enjoy your evening with friends or family. Great food and great service. Friendly and awesome bartenders and staff.
Was told before that they have the best wings & that is correct fresh and hot and great customer service and very nice atmosphere. My waitress was very nice and attentive
