Perfect ending to a stressful sad day! We celebrated my uncle's life as we laid him to rest. God keep him in his arms and help our families heal. We enjoyed the food as we remembered his life and the beautiful soul that he was. Griff's was one of his favorite hangouts so it was a great way to honor him. As we took each bittersweet bite, we felt he was at peace and wanted us to rejoice in his memory and not drown in sorrow! We love you tio!Thank you Griff's for all the memories! Griff's burgers are absolutely delicious and mouth watering!! They're so tasty with different options to choose from. The customer service is great here, they're so kind and helpful. They offer fries or onion rings, vanilla, strawberry or chocolate milkshake, a variety of soft drinks and good combos. Everything is made fresh in the restaurant so it's better. I definitely recommend anyone to try it here!
First time going to Griffs and it was really good! The burgers were juicy and the cheese was perfectly melted. One thing I felt disturbed by was the fries. Some one them were cold, some were hot, some were small, some were big. A couple of fries I didn’t eat because I couldn’t tell if they were burnt or had maggots in them. One thing I also didn’t like was the amount of ice they put inside the drinks. This is my first time being here so I would’ve asked for lite ice if I knew how much they put inside.
The old lady at the front needs to retire. She’s rude! I was nice and approached to place my order and she was being rude the whole time even to the guy in line behind me. Please note you can ruin a good business by having someone like that working in the front of your business. She needs to be cleaning toilets if she has to be rude! It was so bad I said nevermind I didn’t want to order and I can deal with a lot. I tried the location in fort worth and they were super nice and the food was great!
The food here was great and the service was very fast! There was a long line in the drive thru but it moved very quickly. The person who took my order could barely hear me but he never sounded annoyed. I got the chicken sandwich, it was juicy and very hot! A lot of fast food places serve dry chicken sandwiches but this one was delicious! My daughter got a cheeseburger and loved it! The employees were very nice as well. I would eat here again
Food was good. love all Griffs fresh drinks and ICE!!! Line was a little weird and small but long. Older man couldn’t understand or hear us and it took a minute to get order correct but A for effort.
Asked for heavy mayo and add lots of onion on my steakburger. Instead it was little mayo and a few onions. It was good but if it was like I ordered it would have been a 5 star review!
Its amazing the mushroom meltdown with fries and a drink my daughter absolutely love the #9 with toast gravy fries and a chocolate shake my son gets #4 love how it's made taste so good will be going back. The one that truly loves the food is My dad(80) onion rings with a small shake and his favorite burger of all time #2 with Xtra tomatoes . It takes time but well worth the wait for good food and customer service amazing....
This place is a classic been in Irving for a long time. All physical protocols are enforced. had a big old double cheeseburger meal done to perfection. Great place to pull up and get your family a meal. Definitely enjoyable. mMy name is Arnold and I approve this message.
