Morning Idly here just makes you feel home. And should never miss visiting on your visit to Dallas.I wish the idly were just a little smaller(thinner), to just let me engulf more. Chutneys were great, not a fan of vada/dosa but definitely idly and pulao.
Best place to find tastiest food, Pulavs are my favorite here, and it's nice place to have snacks in the evening.Chefs and staff here are good at suggesting daily specials. Ghee guntur karam Idly is my all time favorite here.I can feel freshness in the food at this restaurant. Been to multiple restaurant nearby this place but this place is Best.
The only "flavor" that you will get here is in its name and no flavor in the food whatsoever. Prices are very expensive compared to other 2 cafes located in the same parking lot. The customer service is non existent. Taste of the food is average at best and the selection is grim. Definitely not going back to this place as there are 2 other Indian cafes located in the same parking lot.
Today we ordered Chicken pulav .. it came with salan and raita . But we asked to replace salan with raita , because we don’t need salan for pulav , as it might not be tasty enough for our appetite’s .So, as a request , we asked for replacement , they said NO .I don’t feel they are ready hear our request - felt little commanding .
The food is so fresh and yummy. Kebabs , chicken curry, paneer curry & ( dumplings ) were so tasty. The couple are so hard working and very friendly. Support the small businesses. This is our 3 rd time here and we love the food. They even do catering for bigger parties.
Staff show a very bad attitude towards customers. The way they respond to customer at front desk is too atrocious. Even the food is not so good compared to other Indian places nearby. Salty. Chicken and rice is not cooked properly. Wish I could give zero ratings for the food and negative rating for their bloody attitude. Me and my friends decided not to visit this place further.
Cashiers doing the cooks job, I ordered 2 pulav rice and one was ready on time other took too long. When I asked a couple times to check on my order, cashier went into the kitchen and she packed the pulav rice herself mixing some uncooked rice. Food was okay I’m one box and other was awful..
I have ordered 1 plate idly and one combo 1 to-go, I have drove 7 miles to pick my Order and after coming back I see that they put only Idly less I called to the store and explained all the story and the response from her is :Come back I will give you one Idly And the way she answered is very rude,worst customer service, Ownership please concentrate on the staff and give them some basic training on how to talk to customers so that it will automatically increase your businessThis is the second time I am facing the issueAfter all this why we go here is for the tasty of food and Quality
We ordered gongura mutton pulav but got gongura pulav even after waited for 30 min. Very disappointed with the service please check the order before giving to customers
Ordered Mutton Pulav from this restaurant taste is okay little bit oily.But the actual issue here is while eating I found a 2 inch Medical gauze pad in the pulav.P.S: They gave me replacement but a guaze pad in food is not acceptable so reviewing here
