I informed the cashier it was my first time going to their restaurant. The cashier was just clueless about the menu. Their hot dogs are cut in half and placed on a hamburger bun. A picky eating kid would be extremely disappointed and disgusted. As mine was. The cashier failed to inform me fries didn't come with the 10$ burger even though we brought 3$ sodas. So in total burger, fries & drink 16$ Can somebody say high prices Cholesterol.
We went to the 5 guys on MacArthur and Royal. Will not be returning. The burger was ready before the shake and the fries were severely undercooked. The manager was taking forever making the shakes I was forced to ask for a refund on the one shake and then he was taking forever on the refund. I was two seconds from giving him everything back because by this time the food was iced cold. But my son was so disappointed ☹️ so I didn’t do that. He comped the meal but I wasn’t looking for that I wanted hot food and cold shakes that shouldn’t be too hard when we’re paying for a $60 meal. Never going back. It’s a shame this place use to be good too.
I wish I could give less than one star. Me and my friend went there and ordered for medium Cajun fries and it literally took 80-85 mins just to know that they forgot to prepare our order. He literally asked us what was your order again. Worst experience. I'd never go to this location again and would never suggest this place to any of my friends.
I wish I could give less than one star. The place is not run well at all. The floor is dirty. Can't tell about the food because after waiting in line for several minutes when I get to the cashier to order, the come up and say they're closed. 12 minutes before closing time.
Fresh food, courteous staff. Quick service, my only complaint is the fries are always seasoned too much for my liking, but they give you A LOT of fries (and I also appreciate that).
It was decent, tasted well. The experience has taken a slight dip in recent years but still a solid burger joint. And um..... THERE'S A LOT OF FRIES?
They're, really, only serving hot dogs and burgers the way you'd make it at home. I was underwhelmed with the menu. The seating arrangements would make an introvert want to go home. There's a table really close to where orders are taken.
Very good food. The prices are really crazy though. For 3 of us to eat there, it was over $55.00. We all got the small burgers and 1 large fry. They did forget the grilled onions on my burger, but we will for sure go back.
This Five guys does something none of the locations near me in Florida do. They place quality over quantity and put out some of the best burgers I've had at a Five guys in a long time. For a fast food style restaurant they're probably the best burger you can buy for the money. They're definitely the "Chick-fil-A" of the Burger industry, and this location is awesome and efficient.
The burger was good but much smaller than I remember before covid. Plus way too much to pay for one burger definitely not worth the price. Service was good and friendly, but the music on the speakers was not the best selection. All in all with those prices and the music I will not be returning.
