Overall bad experience Don't judge a book by its cover a man looking average can own a construction company while man with tie is a customer service rep. Treat everyone with respect equally. Customers can see it, appreciate our business. Every firehouse I go this location is the only one I feel unappreciated. I always donate not a "Thank you sir" wow. Ungreatful I wonder now if they really do donate, on the receipt It says "food" ? oh and I'm not really big on sauce but I've seen a customer ask for sauce they gave him one tiny bit of sauce he politely asked for one more since he did just buy a Large Sub and the man (mid 40's) gave him a dirty look along with attitude.
Was there to pickup an online order. Staff saw the online order didn't look right, attempted to call back for corrections, was unable to connect call. Saved order until I arrived asked me if my order was correct, it was not, quickly corrected it and was out the door. Friendly employees, excellent customer service, would highly recommend.
This place sucks compared to other places, food tasted burnt and there was barely any cheese on it. I ordered the cheddar brisket. No other firehouse that I've been too tasted burnt or lacked cheese.
Great sandwich 1st time here. Medium sandwich was larger enough for lunch. Great food.
I hd ordered the club on a sub. Got home and saw they didnt put any bacon on it. TURNS OUT SHE CHARGED ME FOR A HOOK AND LADDER ! How do you hear HOOK AND LADDER FROM CLUB ON A SUB!

Ordered online and estimated pick up time was 15 minutes. It was ready in 5 and I appreciate that so much being a busy mom always on the go. Great food and good location
