The food was actually so tasteless, even the flies in the building were avoiding our orders.Went with a friend, ate 2 bites of our entrees, and didn't want to bring the rest to go.As an asian this is a huge disappointment - there are lots of better choices in the area.
NEGATIVE STAR!! I placed a decent family size order. I waited an hour and a half for the delivery. Which was not the biggest issue. Once the order was delivered, the juice from the seaweed salad, had leaked through the bag. It was room temperature, not even slightly chilled. The sesame shrimp tasted like it was freezer burnt and fried only to become gooky, sloppy and the breading was falling off because of the over saturation of the sauce. (Disgusting) the rice was hard like it was the end of the night and someone refused to make a fresh batch. I was missing three egg rolls as well. I called back and explained the situation. The guy advised me they would return my money and come back and get the food. Upon arrival, the man was clearly offended by my wanting to return my order. HERE’S THE NEXT KICKER.. He reused to refund the delivery fee and opened every single container to see if it had been eaten. Smh. I never received an apology and he was extremely unprofessional and rude.
ZERO STARS. I Ordered two orders of chicken friend rice from this restaurant only to get home and discover a staple in my food before eating it. Contacted the restaurant to let them know of this and was told this the manager had already left for the day and would have to contact them tomorrow and also bring the food back. Went back the next day to see about getting refunded and was first NOT GIVEN ANY APOLOGY for this could have been threatening incident. They only gave me back a refund for one for the dinners as I didn’t have the other one because it had already been discarded in the trash because of this by someone else I ordered this for as well. I find this to be terrible customer service considering I could have taken this further with legal action! I would not recommend eating her as I will not be again!
Let me start by saying I LOVE their fried rice. I get it the same way every time; peas carrots and egg only...delish! Now let me get to the real reason for my review.So we had an order mix-up today no big deal right, wrong...I was starving. They corrected everything promptly, had an open line of communication to ensure no errors and delivered it expeditiously. I just want to say thank you all so much especially the lady I was speaking with, forgot your name but you're a doll.

I have been a customer of this establishment for several years now. I write this after a fantastic meal worthy of immediate review. For the price, the portions are terrific and the flavor is incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. I am a big fan of their home style bean curd, lol mein, and fried rice.
An Empress of China, indeed! All I can say is this, never in my life have I had Chinese food that tasted this good. From the perfectly steamed dumplings to the mouth-watering sesame chicken. One taste and you'll fall in love with their dish. Not to mention the hospitality shown by all the staff. This place is the hidden gem I've been searching for all my life. Thank you to the employees for your generosity, kindness, and genuine care of my experience.To the chef and cooks making these dishes, you are masters of your craft. With each bite you can tell how much care and love this establishment has for their food.
Highly recommended! They serve the most delicious and authentic chinese food. We usually order HAPPY FAMILY MEAL every week and it’s so satisfying. The quality of food is maintained in each order. Worth the money!
Recently it is very hard to get ahold of anyone when calling this place to get something to go. Not sure if it is short staff due to covid. I have to call elsewhere to get some take out. Otherwise, the food tastes great.
Tried this place once and automatically became our official favorite. The options here are endless. I may never get bored. Thanks for making my tummy happy.
