I love their food at many locations I have been to but this location is the second time they got my food wrong and I live on the other other side of town, I called the number ten times got a voicemail. My burrito was the wrong one both of them and it was so many beans that were hard I couldn’t see no sour cream or avocados.
I came to have dinner with my family @ 5:30pm on 4/22 and it turns out that the lady that was taking our order inside the lobby told me that the lobby was closing. I don’t understand why because she didn’t explain to me the reason. I did see another employee that locked the main entrance door so no other customers could go in. I googled their working hours and it shows it should be open until 10pm. So I don’t understand why they closed so early.
have not had the food yet but when I asked ol' girl at the drive thru for extra salad dressing she gave me the dirtiest look then acted like she had to walk 10 miles to retrieve it. horrible, horrible customer service!
Great flavor and fair pricing, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because their sides are 4 ounce ramekins, i got a small chips and queso and nearly spent $3 on it to only have maybe 10 chips slightly dipped in cheese, bring in 8 ounce ramekins. No need to be that cheap…
Hadn't had this in years. Was so glad to find it is located in a convenient location for me. My chicken was a little dry, but the creamy cilantro sauce helped that.
I just went there to get The family feast which included the chicken, two sides, tortillas, 4 churros, salsa and a salad. I got home and there's no churros, salsa or salad. Thanks a lot ?
Food was good but, they were missing 3 items (he read it back) we didn't get a receipt so I don't even know if we paid for it, didn't realize till we got back to the hotel across town. No silverware with the salad, no napkins.Love El Pollo loco, but not a good night at this location

Clean dining room, polite staff, and delicious food. We also got an ISD discount without even knowing it.
The new avocado protein bowl is excellent! Fresh greens on the bottom, flavorful cauliflower rice, and tender chicken. The staff also gave me an extra half an avocado for free! Definitely coming here before Chipotle anyday!
