It’s my experience working in restaurants over the years that generally speaking when you have a problem with quality around the restaurant it’s usually a pay grade issue. I don’t know what he’s paying the one or two people who work here… but man this place was bad, bathroom was disgusting, dirty dining room, no napkins, no soda pops stocked up, person was on their phone the whole time in between making the orders… and really that’s just the tip of the iceberg the food was really weird I mean I have never had marinara sauce that was so so salty. Whoever owns this place really needs to put a little bit of tender loving care into pretty much every area of the restaurant.
So if you're going to close early due to whatever excuse your mumbled over the phone, turn off your online ordering system! If a customer has already placed the order and paid for it, you should at least make the food. I mean it was a carry out for Christ sakes. And it was under $15..
I made an online order at 6:33 pm. They changed the estimated delivery time from 53-63 minutes to 85-95 minutes and it was still being prepped. It took me 3 tries calling over there before someone finally answered the phone. I asked if I could just pick it up instead of having it delivered and was told it would take the same amount of time. I just canceled the order. This isn't even the first time this has happened. And from the looks of the reviews it happens quite frequently.
They never have any drivers. What’s the point in offering delivery if they can’t deliver? I wouldn’t give it one star if I could. It’s always an issue with this location.
Pizza wasn’t ready as the app said it would be. Even showed up 5 min after the estimated time. This is the 3rd this happens. No apology or explanations was given just to wait another 20 min. Hope their management is notified and something gets done.
Ordered 3 pizzas and received 2 and this was my 32 pieces of Parmesan. I use to come to this store almost weekly and lately it has just been horrible. I also noticed them cutting pizza on the counter where they place the pizza that’s ready and when I mentioned it I was told that’s where they can make pizza and she touched the pizza and answered the phone and back to the pizza without washing her hands in between

Horribly slow. Been preping my food for an hour. So slow they had to rush and it wasn’t cooked. I ordered well done
Our order was supposed to be ready at 7:43pm. We arrived at 7:49 and the guys still hadn't started our order. I don't blame them. They were short staffed and had too many orders coming in. They were both very polite and apologetic in spite of the fact that you could tell they were exhausted and overwhelmed. I had to rate 3 stars because I feel these guys should have more support. I know that it is probably not plausible to close the location due to a staff shortage, but someone should have come in from upper management, or the franchisee, to help. A side note would be that at least 2 of our pizzas were under cooked and the bbq chicken pizza had way too much bbq sauce. My son couldn't even eat it, and it's his favorite pizza from Domino's. I hope they are able to hire more staff soon, or the owner will step up.
That’s not just cheese on my pizza folks, that’s a piece of hair. I was enjoying my BBQ chicken pizza and went back for a third slice. Sadly, I was met with this long strand of blonde hair, baked into the cheese. As you can imagine my stomach has turned and my appetite is now nonexistent. I’m very displeased with this Dominos location. I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous.
