Horrible experience from this location. We ordered pizza from this location and the pizza was overcooked , burnt and bacame hard like chips upon calling the store they wanted to see the pizza as i am done for the day i asked to send some one to get the pizza and the assoiate was very rude, when i asked for manager to put me on the line she disconnected the call when i called again and asked why she disconnected the call the lady was so rude and suggested not to order pizza from that location. Such a pathetic customer service. Waste of my money and time. Avoid opting this location.
Ordered pizza online. The delivery estimate was 25 minutes. Two hours later - no updates on the order, so it probably will take close to 3 hours to get it delivered. Tried to call to get an ETA or cancel the order and they just don't answer on phone calls. Probably my last time ordering from Domino's.Update: I actually never got my pizza and the order was canceled by them.
I should have read the reviews first. Order was placed at 6:30. It is now 7:53 and I am still waiting for the cold pizza that was delivered at 7:33. This is my first and last time ordering. I should have called Marco's. My second order finally arrived at 8:50 still cold and no Coke that they promised. This location needs to be closed. It say that it is a Saturday is no excuse. Weekends come every week and you should be prepared.
I ordered from that location for delivery. The application picked this location for me. I placed a delivery order based on my address that is on the profile. The app accepted the order and I placed it at 10pm for couple of hungry teens after a sporting event. At 10:50pm, I received a call from the store to let me know that we made your pizza but we can’t deliver it as it is considered too far! The store is about 8 minutes from where I live! When I asked why did they wait for an hour before letting me know, they said well the manager was busy and just realized the order.This is really terrible customer service and the least they could do is either remove themselves from the app delivery option or have the app filter them out based on the address. Because the app today considers them within delivery range of my house.Finally, it shouldn’t take an hour to get to that realization.
If I could give worse than one star I would because the service was every bit of unacceptable. After placing my delivery order I got notified I had to pick up my order due to lack of delivery drivers. Luckily for me I live 3 minutes away?. Once I arrived I waited 35 minutes on my order after it had been placed almost an hour and a half before hand. While I was waiting I watched the staff run around like their heads were cut off. Staff touching multiple different items with their BARE hands and then going to touch pizza fresh out of the oven. UNACCEPTABLE and very disgusting. On top of that other customers were waiting on their food also just to watch the circus go on??♀️
Had a very bad experience, ordered a pizza and the app showed its ready to be picked up. Came to the store and asked to wait for 5mins after 10mins when I checked the store guy said my pizza was missing in the oven and they started preparing it again… it’s the worst exp I’ve ever had with dominos
Best Domino’s Ever!! Cameron and Shawn are super friendly and helpful! Great staff! The food is always hot and fresh! Love my Domino’s! This location is my fave!
Worst delivery service, show 30 mins and delivers after 1 hour, tried calling the store multiple times to cancel the order, no response. The delivery guy just throws the pizza on the door and goes away.Better to order from other pizza places, not worth spending a dime at Domino’s
This is absolutely the worst location. They always late, food normally wrong or cold. I literally live 19 minutes walking distance and it takes 2 hours for delivery EVERY TIME. This was my last straw, I will Never order pizza from any domino’s
No one answered a call for 45 minutes and when i reached in store to place an order, the employee was talking on mobile. He was so ruse to take an order when asked for not picking answering phone call, he responded phone not working even though phone was ringing in low volumes at that moment. It was like he was forcefully working there or doing some kind of favor taking an order.
